1 year ago Esperienza fantastica: As an American, I was briefly visiting Sarnen and luckily was able to attend a class when someone did not show up. ( I tried to call them earlier in the day to book a class but there was no answer;I would try emailing to reserve a spot.) The class was conducted in Swiss German but she did her best to translate into English as well. As an experienced yogi I found it easy to follow and enjoy the class. It’s a wonderful warm setting with a beautiful view of the mountains. Beautiful space and very kind instructor. I would definitely recommend this studio!

1 year ago Esperienza fantastica: Die Online-Kurse "Yoga in der Schwangerschaft" und "Yoga zur Rückbildung" sind perfekt für mich. Ich kann damit sehr flexibel üben, je nach verfügbarer Zeit und Tagesform. Ich fühle mich kompetent begleitet, lerne viel und bin nach dem Üben jeweils gestärkt und ruhig. Vielen Dank Edith, weiter so!
