I was passing through for two weeks and practiced almost everyday, I could feel the difference in my body and I felt soooooo relaxed. Thank you Kolkata Yoga for the great service that you do! I really miss it now!!!

Esperienza fantastica: This studio is the real deal. It’s actually AWESOME! After lots of shopping around for the right studio for me, I found Kolkata Yoga. It’s conveniently located in the Metali Centre in central Zug. When you first walk through the door of the studio you can instantly feel the positive energy and know this place is genuine. The studio is extremely clean, well maintained, great layout and very welcoming to students at all levels. The studio owner Manuel is so helpful and accommodating to his students. He is also one of the best yoga instructors I have ever had. He has trained under Bikram himself which you can tell as he really knows the dialogue well and his passion shines through. I have been practicing yoga for the last 15 years and since doing classes with Manuel my technique has dramatically improved. He has a real eye for picking up improvements with his students postures and his dialogue (guidance) with helping you perfect your technique is spot on. I have really come along way thanks to Manuel. I really love this studio. There are heaps of great classes on and lovely students that attend. I highly recommend Kolkata Yoga.

Esperienza fantastica: I took a wonderful "Wild" yoga class with Manu. The class challenged me and I felt amazing after. Manu is motivating, knowledgable and his play list was perfect. The studio is clean, pristine and inviting. The showers are stocked with beautiful, plush towels and lavender soap. There are hair dryers and bags for wet clothes. The mats and yoga towels are also top of the line. I look forward to practicing more in this five star new studio.
