Fantastisches Erlebnis: Excellent club super sympa

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Enfin une salle de sport avec une vraie ambiance familiale ! Dès qu’on passe la porte, on se sent à l’aise et bien accueillie. Une salle de sport sans jugement : que de la bienveillance et de l’entraide. Les coachs sont attentifs, passionnés et toujours présents pour nous accompagner, particulièrement le manager de la salle Francesco qui est épatant ! On se sent réellement épaulés dans notre progression, peu importe notre niveau. En bref, le rapport humain est au cœur de tout, et c’est ce qui fait la différence selon moi avec les autres salles (et la propreté !!!). En plus de la partie fitness il y a aussi le crossfit, la zone cardio etc… Ce qui permet de ne jamais se lasser ! Une salle où l’on vient pour s’entraîner et où l’on repart avec des muscles et de belles rencontres !

Positive Erfahrung: J’adore la gym mais c’est difficile de envoyer l’emails

Negative Erfahrung: I bought a 1-month subscription for my boyfriend and only after telling the owner that it is a gift that he reluctantly signed off on a form for me, with the note that the plan will start when he (my boyfriend) comes. He asked me if he will come the next day, I said maybe not, maybe over the weekend or something as I did not know when exactly. So the guy told me again that ok it will count from when my boyfriend shows up, without saying anything further. It just happened that my boyfriend injured himself playing football a few days later, so he couldnt go to the gym until 3 weeks after that. When he showed up at the gym, not only did the guy there kept him waiting and ignored him at first, when he actually showed him the receipt of the subscription, he simply rejected it, saying that it has expired - while there is absolutely no indication of expiration date. My boyfriend tried to explain about the injury (and he still had the airlock in his feet) but the guy there insisted that if he can see the medical certificate then MAYBE he can give the 2 weeks (out of the 1 month that I have paid). I just simply dont understand the logic here as the gym was not full or anything, plus the guy I bought the membership from didnt say there was a limit to the time when this is valid. This was definitely annoying but the bigger issue we had was his attitude: rude and absolutely no sense of customer services, no intention to help or serve whatsoever. Basically he just didnt want to deal with our case. We actually paid for it and it was not like we are asking for a favor or a refund. Thinking that it might have been miscommunication as we spoke English mixing with some basic French words, we then wrote an email in French to further explain the situation but it’s been 2 weeks and no response. I cannot tell about the quality of the equipment, simply because (we) were not given the chance to try it, but the quality of the gym itself, in which the customer service plays an significant part, is absolutely poor. Totally not recommended just based on the unprofessional attitude.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Sehr guter Verein, eine echte Dynamik, die Sie dazu bringt, zurück zu kommen! Die Trainer sind großartig und kennen ihr Thema!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Tolle Leute, Mitarbeiter und Mitglieder. Personal Training und Gruppenfitnesskurse verfügbar. Ausrüstung in großem Zustand gehalten und nie warten. Preis sehr vernünftig (für Genf). Vergleiche viele Fitnessstudios in der Gegend und dies war bei weitem das Beste.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hallo. Gibt es keine Zeitpläne?! Gibt es kein Telefon? Gibt es keine Website?! ... eine Schande.
