Fantastische Erfahrung: Excellent gym! 1). A lot of space, you do not disturb anyone while doing your excercises, and they have an excellent sports equipment. 2). There is Milon equipment, as well, which I saw in a few gyms in my life only. 3). Also, there are 4 types of different water with different tastes for free!! you just take as much as you need for your excercises. 4). They also provide a free sticker for your car to park in front of the building the whole year, but I think it is in case of the annual membership only. 5). Wonderful and very comfortable changing rooms and a nice shower. :) [Based on my friend's experience]

Positive Erfahrung: Hey Leute! Was soll das?? Es gibt Damensauna 2-mal pro Woche und Männersauna 6 mal pro Woche?? Wir sind in der Zentralschweiz. Gemischte Sauna heisst Männersauna, wo keine einzige Frau anzutreffen ist. Keine traut sich hin. Wie viele Mitglieder von One Baar sind Männer und wie viele Frauen? Ich schätze 40 % zu 60 % oder? Die 40 % dürfen an 6 Tagen die Woche und an allen Ferientagen saunieren und die Frauen 60 % nur am Montag bis 17 Uhr und am Donnerstag. Könnte man das irgendwie gerechter machen??? z.B. Frauen saunieren so viele Stunden am Montag, Dienstag, Mittwoch etc. und die Männer genauso viele Stunden. An Feiertagen können abwechselnd Männertage und Frauentage sein, bis zum anstehenden Umbau. Das One Training Center Baar ist keine Wellnessoase und hat als ein einziges One Center eine sogenannte „gemischte“ Sauna (de facto reine Männersauna). Die Ausreden, wir konnten es nicht umbauen, weil es nur einen Eingang gibt… Tja, die Frauen gehen rechts und die Männer links rein oder umgekehrt. Es fehlt lediglich eine kleine Damensauna sonst nix. Das Kursangebot ist grossartig – 5 Sterne, keine Damensauna – 1 Stern. Durchnittswert 3 Sterne. Sorry!! Bitte lasst euch was einfallen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice, spacious gym. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. In addition to various strength and endurance machines, various courses are offered (e.g. yoga, body pump, spinning, etc.). There are free cold drinks in various flavors. Upstairs there is a small wellness area with a sauna and a steam bath, as well as a relaxation area and a small roof terrace to cool off.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very good atmosphere, excellent and highly motivated trainers (who also like to train themselves and know what they are talking about). The One has developed extremely well in recent years, the training area has doubled and the equipment has been successively completely renewed. Keep it up!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I train every week in different gyms across Switzerland because I travel a lot for work. The ONE Training Center in Baar is my absolute favorite! Competent and friendly staff, clean gym, generously equipped gym, top machines and dumbbell area and even a functional fitness area. Bright training rooms, large changing rooms. A big bravo, please keep it up!
