Esperienza positiva: Kabinen und Duschen sehr dreckig

Esperienza negativa: I regularly visit different PureGym branches, and the Lochergut branch is by far the dirtiest. The lockers are rarely cleaned and often have residues of food and spilled liquids. The showers are full of hair, and the floor is not swept or mopped. Overall, this gym is very dirty. The other branches of PureGym ( ex. in Pfäffikon SZ and Altstetten) are clean and well maintained.

Esperienza fantastica: Extrem freundliche, offene Mitarbeiter. Gute Atmosphäre. Modern. Sauber. Intakte gute Geräte. Viel Platz. Hell. Ganz gute Luft für ein Gym. Gutes Publikum. Super Öffnungszeiten. Kosten Nutzen Leistungs Verhältnis mit Rabattaktionen nicht zu übertreffen.

Esperienza positiva: Great gym, but always 25 degrees+ even in winter there is no air to train

Esperienza negativa: Sehr unfreundliche Mitsrbeiter, Umkleide und Dusche oft dreckig, Maschinen und Geräte andauern kaputt und werden nicht repariert!

Esperienza fantastica: Great price/value ratio. It's a regular gym, dotn expect anything luxury or extra. The machines are good, lots of choice and space. People are nice!

Esperienza negativa: Das PureGym Lochergut ist top gelegen. Öffnungszeiten sind Top und über den Preis kann man sich auch nicht beklagen. Die Geräte sind grösstenteils in gutem Zustand, und der Freihantelbereich ist, insbesondere was die Langhantel-Stationen betrifft, besser und häufiger verfügbar als in vielen anderen Studios. Das grosse Problem ist die Hygiene: Die Einhaltung der Vorschriften (Trainingshandtuch, keine Strassenkleidung wie Jeans) hat in den letzten Monaten massiv nachgelassen und wird nicht durchgesetzt. Das Studio ist oft unordentlich und die Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Ich sehe fast täglich, dass Gewichte falsch platziert sind – und das bleibt oft bis zum nächsten Tag so liegen.

Esperienza fantastica: Gut verteilt auf 2 Etagen. Genug Geräte und sehr grosser Freihantel Bereich

Esperienza negativa: Garderoben übel. Dreckig und überall Müll. Geräte gut. Aber freie Gewichte liegen überall verteilt im Gym rum und fehlen dann dort, wo sie angedacht wären. Wenig Respekt von den Besuchern gegenüber anderen Besuchern, alles wird liegen gelassen und wie gesagt, Garderobe entsprechend hinterlassen. Duschen lieber zu Hause, falls möglich. Leider ändert sich nichts, trotz vielen Rückmeldungen hier auf Google.

Esperienza fantastica: ich macht sehr puregym

Esperienza negativa: Gute Geräte, coole Leute, aber nicht sehr sauber. Die Gym-Gänger werden vom Personal nicht dazu angehalten, die Geräte ordentlich zu hinterlassen. Das einzige Gym in der Schweiz, in dem ich war, in dem alle Gewichte herumliegen und nicht weggeräumt werden.

Esperienza negativa: Das ist ein Schmuddelgym. Einfach ekelhafte hygiene. Alle Geräte sind verstaubt und drunter am Boden auch. Das zeigt es wird nur oberflächlich gereinigt wenn überhaupt. Ich bin nicht der einzige der die Hygiene bemängelt. Sollte sich in der nächsten Zeit nicht ändern werde ich das Gym den Behörden melden.

Esperienza fantastica: Exactly what I’m looking for. 24/7 access with lots of equipment and free weights. Clean and friendly staff, and they started offering HYROX classes now. All for a very affordable price

Esperienza positiva: The only reason I joined this PureGym instead of the Activ Fitness down the street was the fact that this one was supposed not to have classes, just the free weights, machines and the floor I needed. However the gym has now decided to jump on the Hyrox band wagon and they use half the floor multiple evenings a week, effectively reducing my ability to train dramatically. Some machines are unusable during these training session, and I feel like this is not what I signed up for. Besides that, the staff is nice enough and the overall space is well maintained.

Esperienza positiva: Très agréable depuis qu'il y a l'air conditionné. Malheureusement l'air conditionné n'est pas (encore?) dans les vestiaires. Les engins (Matrix) sont neufs et de bonne qualité. Le club est très utilisé en soirée et il n'y a pratiquement pas de cours de groupe proposés. Club ouvert 24/24

Esperienza positiva: Seit der Renovation ist vieles besser geworden, aber die Benchpressen sind trash. 0 Grip; alle gleich hoch, was je nach Körpergrösse und Gewicht katastrophal ist und bitte lasst doch die Storen im Sommer unten. Es blendet auf der Plattform und bei einer Benchpress, was diese noch tragischer macht. Ansonsten finde ich es toll, vor allem auch, dass es wieder kleine Mülleimer in den Damentoiletten gibt. Alles in allem; super Preis- Leistung.

Esperienza fantastica: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Steigerung der Qualität in den Studios um 100% im Vergleich zum Vorjahr. Teamwechsel zeigt Wirkung.

Esperienza negativa: I really like the gym of PureGym I’m a vip member so I can go to all the gyms in Switzerland, in here is very big and very nice but the manager of this gym is just gross I bring a friend and convince him to pay the premium membership and this guy was acting like is he paying us to be in the gym, also the new staff is train by this guy also make them act like they are not there to help just to being annoying every time you ask for something. 0 in costumer service.

Esperienza fantastica: Solides Studio mit großer Fläche und guter Geräteauswahl für Kraft- und Cardiotraining sowie funktionelle Einheiten (Hyrox, Calisthenics). Ab etwa 17 Uhr recht voll, außerhalb der Stoßzeiten aber gut nutzbar.

Esperienza negativa: usually enjoy training at PureGym – the facilities are great and well-maintained. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the management’s decision to start installing a new air conditioning system in the middle of summer. The timing couldn’t be worse. Temperatures inside the gym are already unbearable on some days, making it nearly impossible to train safely or effectively. This work should have been planned during winter or early spring when AC isn’t essential – not now, when it’s needed the most. Poor planning and lack of consideration for members’ comfort. It really shows a lack of foresight and professionalism. A real shame, because otherwise it’s a good gym.

Esperienza positiva: You have to do something ASAP with the aircodition. First you lock most of the windows and when hot you can't even breathe in there. All the machines are very good overall but the heat is the main issue.

Esperienza fantastica: nach der Renovierung alles neue und super Geräte! So macht trainieren wieder spass

Esperienza negativa: Betreibt sehr schlecht Kommunikation/ Kontakt zu Kunden - man ist gezwungen über das App, welches technisch noch sehr unterentwickelt ist, zu kündigen, so dass man am Ende ohne Bestätigung und Beweis der erfolgten Kündigung dasteht. Schliesslich hat man ohne je eine einzige Rechnung oder Mahnung gesehen zu haben und ohne zu wissen, dass das Abo entgegen gutem Gewissen und erfolgter Kündigung verlängert wurde, plötzlich die dubiose Intrum mit ihren illegalen Geschäftspraktiken am Hals. Über die schlechte Wartung des Studios bzw. leider teilweise (je nach Tagsezeit) sehr schmutzigen Geräte und Garderoben habe ich in Anbetracht des günstigen Abo-Preises hinweggesehen während einem Jahr Training. Jetzt im Nachhinein sehe ich mit welchen Mitteln dann wohl Geld gemacht wird. Sehr enttäuschend!

Esperienza negativa: Neue Geräte sind absolut unbrauchbar. Hauptsache fancy aber keinen Mehrwert. Mittlerweile überlaufen. Personal respektlos und absolut planlos. Dazu teurer jedes Jahr. Absolut keine Empfehlung mehr.

Esperienza positiva: Excellent value for money. Lots of space and lots of equipment. A PureGym is never going to be as good as a luxury heath club but if your goal is simply to work out, then this is perfect. The PTs and staff there are also super friendly

Esperienza negativa: Love this gym, but some issues are just being ignored. There's a squeaky bike, but the gym will not fix it as 'it is actually functioning just fine'. It's been two and a half months and it hasn't been fixed. It's pretty annoying for other visitors and it's such a minor thing to fix! Just really frustrating

Esperienza negativa: AIR AIR AIR!!!! Someone had the brilliant idea to lock all windows and aince the AC clearly does not work, you canno breathe in peak times. It is an amazing gym, but this ruins the experience. I will fix my review when you fix the windows.

Esperienza fantastica: Puregym finde ich echt toll. sehr viele Geräte verfügbar.Mann hat 7/24 Zugang zum Fitnessraum. Das einzige was ich schade finde,,dass manche Schweine die WC oder Dusche benützen und dreckig lassen. naja Schweine gibt es überall die nicht wissen was die Sauberkeit ist.

Esperienza negativa: Leider musste ich schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Monat feststellen, dass das PureGym an einem geplanten Tag geschlossen ist – und das ohne vorherige Benachrichtigung. Dass Mitglieder nicht über die Schließung informiert werden, ist äußerst unprofessionell und sorgt für große Unannehmlichkeiten. Auch anderen, die ich getroffen habe, erging es genauso. Eine bessere Kommunikation und rechtzeitige Information wären dringend nötig!!

Esperienza negativa: This PureGym location is constantly closed although it is promoted as 24/7 - 365 days. Like today, without notice.. no email, nothing. Mid December the place was closed due to construction/replacement of equipment, at least there was an information by email very short notice. Costumer support is almost inexistent.

Esperienza negativa: Geh seit über 8 Jahren in das gym. Habe bestimmt 4-5 umbauten miterlebt. Dieses Mal ist der schlimmste Umbau. Gute "alte" beliebte cardio Geräte werden entfernt(zb Crosstrainer) und durch neue Modelle ersetzt. (Btw auch nicht nachhaltig)Leider sind die neuen ziemlicher misst. Und viele Laufbänder haben direkt macken. Zb selbes Model aber unterschiedlich Geschwindigkeit Einstellung. Zb bei einen geh ich bei stufe 4 locker beim anderen stufe 4 muss ich etwas joggen. Zumindest cardio Bereich keine weiterempfehlung

Esperienza fantastica: Consiglio vivamente! Una delle poche palestre in tutta Zurigo che offre l'ingresso singolo (25 CHF), ti registri nel sito e paghi, scarichi l'app e scannerizzando il QR code entri in autonomia. Bagni e spogliatoi puliti, attrezza molto bene e sopratutto aperta 24/7!

Esperienza negativa: Preis-Leistung ist gut. Aber erreiche den Kundendienst über keinen Kanal und habe den einen Staffmember vor Ort gefragt, ob er nachfragen könnte, ob man nicht Ladehilfe(n) bereitstellen kann (zur Entlastung des Rückens). Wurde nicht ernst gekommen. Keine Rückmeldung von niemandem.

Duschen (Herrenbereich): Seit Monaten starker Schimmelbefall, ohne erkennbare Maßnahmen Der Zustand ist unhygienisch und gesundheitsschädlich 2. Umkleidekabinen: Oberflächliche Reinigung, jedoch nie gründlich Böden oft schmutzig, Spinde riechen unangenehm Müll, benutzte Taschentücher und Kleidungsstücke liegen regelmäßig herum Kein Gefühl von Sauberkeit oder Pflege 3. Allgemeine Hygiene und Verhalten der Mitglieder: Viele trainieren barfuß oder mit Straßenschuhen Das ist unhygienisch – dennoch greift das Personal nicht ein Rücksichtsloses Verhalten vieler Mitglieder: Müll wird liegengelassen, Geräte nicht gereinigt

Esperienza negativa: terrible support. I was in the city for only a week and on the recommendation of support I bought a membership for a month. When I bought a membership for a month I was told that I could get my money back if I wanted. As it turned out, the manager can't return the money, only write to Email, but they haven't answered me for a week. I'll probably lose my money.

Esperienza positiva: Gym has great equipment range and lots of versions so no need to queue. Entrance area could do with a better clean when I visited. But good value for a day pass whilst travelling through the area.

Esperienza negativa: Extremely overcrowded. Have to queue for every exercise that requires equipment.

Esperienza negativa: !!Für den Preis!! halbwegs in Ordnung. Pro: Kurzhanteln bis in hohe Gewichtbereiche sind vorhanden, Hantelbänke ebenso. Eines der günstigsten Gyms der Stadt, flexible Verträge, kein unerwünschter Schnickschnack. Contra: Geräte sind oft für sehr lange Zeit defekt, in den Duschen kommt gelegentlich nur kaltes Wasser. Es stinkt nach Chemie und einige Geräte klemmen ziemlich. Edit: Die neuen Geräte sind der letzte Schrott. Zum Teil auch schon halb kaputt, klemmen, lassen sich kaum oder garnicht passend einstellen... Vor allem bei den Leg Extension Geräten bekommt man nur massive Gelenkschmerzen und Druckstellen. Quasi unbenutzbar. Da waren die alten mit ihren aufgeplatzten Polstern und fehlenden Schrauben noch besser. Für den Umbau war das Gym dann auch noch wochenlang fast vollständig gesperrt.

Esperienza negativa: Das Studio ist eine Katastrophe in allen Bereichen. Es ist unangenehm heiss, die Klimaanlage läuft fast nie. Die Luft ist stickig und heiss. Die Geräte sind teilweise uralt und wirken nicht sicher. Es sind Anbauteile loose und nicht verschraubt. Niemand kümmert sich um etwas. Die Mitarbeitenden grüssen nur wiederwillig zurück, sinnlos dort irgendetwas zu melden. Das schlimmste sind die Herren Garderoben, diese sind unsauber, es liegen ständig Deos, Duschmittel herum. Also liebe Benutzer es liegt an uns, räumt den Dreck selbst auf ihr Pfeifen! Die Duschen sind viel zu klein und zu wenig, gerade einmal vier an der Zahl. Sie wirken unhygienisch und nicht sauber. Alles in allem ein Schandfleck für Zürich und nicht einem Schweizer Unternehmen würdig. Sobald das Aktiv Fitness eröffnet wird bin ich weg und kann das allen anderen auch raten sich umzusehen. Esperienza negativa: Durfte mit meinem Partner am Wochenende trainieren gehen. - Es ist viel zu heiss, Fenster defekt, Klimaanlage lief nicht , sehr unangenehme Luft - unhygienisch - Geräte werden anscheinend nicht gewartet, fühlte mich nicht sicher bei der Benutzung, Geräte wirkten teils nicht fest - viel zu kleine unhygienische, unordentliche Duschen Für eine Stadt wie Zürich und diesen Preis nicht akzeptabel. Es muss dringend was gemacht werden sonst laufen alle davon.

Esperienza negativa: Ich trainiere schon länger hier. Werde aber wohl das gym wechseln. Es stinkt permanent. Man kann keine Fenster öffnen da alle defekt sind. Ebenso sind viele Geräte permanent kaputt. Es Fehlern wichtige Basic Geräte. Leider mangelt es auch an Hygiene. Den einen Stern gibt es für die freundlichen Mitarbeiter.

Esperienza negativa: Am Wucheend nur bis am 8i offe. Huere unnötig. Mached 24h offe macht meh sinn für alli.

Esperienza negativa: Naja seit dem Umbau gehe ich nicht mehr hin. Es fehlen einfach zu viele Standardgeräte. Das Personal ist nett. Es könnte vielleicht etwas mehr acht geben, das mehr Ordnung herrscht. Man muss immer nach Gewichten suchen. Kaputte Geräte werden viel zu langsam instand gesetzt. Es ist sauber und gross. Zur Hauptzeit viel zu voll
