Esperienza positiva: Very nice gym: clean, modern, and offering a beautiful view. Training in such a bright and luminous environment is very enjoyable. However, given the price level, some aspects are disappointing. The opening hours are quite limited, especially on weekends and public holidays, when the gym closes as early as 6 p.m. This is a real problem for people working on weekends. While weekday attendance is generally comfortable, the gym is often overcrowded on weekends. In addition, air quality could be improved, particularly during summer. The air tends to become warm and humid, which makes training less pleasant. Overall, the gym is very appealing, but at this price point, the quality–price ratio could clearly be better.

Esperienza fantastica: Das beste Fitnesscenter, das ich kenne. Das Warten auf der Warteliste hat sich gelohnt. :-) Es hat alles was man braucht und mehr: viele Geräte über zwei Stockwerke verteilt, eine helle Atmosphäre mit Blick über Basel, eine Aussenterrasse, gratis Kaffee und die Tücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Ausserdem gibt es einen Wellnessbereich, der grösser ist als man es von anderen Fitnesscenter kennt: eine Panoramasauna, ein Dampfbad, blitzsaubere Duschen mit Shampoo, Spülung etc. und einen grossen Ruheraum. Durch die begrenzte Mitgliederanzahl ist es ausserdem nie zu voll. Danke für das tolle Angebot!

Esperienza negativa: Unfortunately, quite many great group trainings were cancelled this year. That's very disappointing from the Indigo management.

Esperienza fantastica: Der Indigo Fitness-Club befindet sich direkt neben dem Bahnhof in einem neuen Gebäude, im 9. Stock, mit beeindruckender Aussicht über ganz Basel. Das Studio ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, mit angenehmem Licht, nicht mit der kalten „Neon“-Beleuchtung, wie in anderen Gyms. Es gibt bei jedem Training Wasserflaschen und Handtücher; im Garderoben-Bereich gibt es ein Dampfbad und eine Sauna. Es hat Einzel-Duschen; Pflegeprodukte stehen zur Verfügung. Ausserdem gibt es eine Sitzecke mit schönen Möbeln, zwei Nespresso-Maschinen und einen Teekocher. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Esperienza positiva: I tried it and I didn't liked it. Basically, everything looks and feel nice, except the fitnes areas! You for instance get nice drinks, a beautiful view, and an overall nice looking building, but there is a really limited amount of machines (because of the really small area) and the air just doesn't feel right. It is in my opinion not worth the (expensive) price. But don´t hesitate to still try the 2 weeks test abo, to have no regrets.

Esperienza fantastica: Fantastic gym. I'm a member since 4 years now. It's definitely a bit expensive, but there is always one of multiple fantastic trainers around to help, equipment is great, the showers are amazing. There are also a lot of free courses offered.

Esperienza positiva: Today I went to check out Indigo with all the intention to just sign in. While the installations are modern and the views from the 9th floor magnificent, I was honestly disappointed by the lack of interest of the person who took me on the tour. The gym occupies two floors however it still feels small. I think that the best part of the gym is honestly again, the views, and probably the changing rooms with the amenities. I was very disappointed.

Esperienza positiva: A wonderful gym BUT.... This gym is really nice! The machines are great and very modern (they even count how may reps you have done), the membership is limited, so there is never is wait for a machine. The facilities are incredibly convenient for clients, but a sweat towel, body towel on arrival, in addition to deodorants, hair products, etc, in the changing rooms- thus, perfect for 'HomeOffice' workers. The price, though higher than other gyms, is really good compared to other gyms than offer far less. The gym is so good in fact, that I publically recommended others to join. However, for unknown reasons, the staff have a real unhealthy interest (obsession) with closing both doors leading to the lovely terrace. Thus, they not only stop any refreshing, cool, breeze from natural wind, but make the gym atmosphere stuffy, restrictive, humid and uncomfortable for gym members. Me, and other gym members have asked the staff to open the doors (including today)....but to no avail. Please, gym staff, consider the comfort of those that use the gym!

Esperienza fantastica: Ob in Basel oder Zürich, für mich in der Schweiz das Brand für Fitnessstudio was es zu schlagen gilt! Ob zu einem netten Plausch mit Cafe über den Dächern Basels oder mitten im Niederdorf in Zürich. Zwei Locations die unterschiedlicher und Abwechslungsreicher nicht sein könnten, bieten sie ihren Mitgliedern alles was das Herz begehrt, neben den Gratis Handtüchern, den tollen Duschprodukten etc. Sind die Trainer bei Bedarf immer für einen da wenn man Hilfe braucht oder man kann das Kursprogramm in Anspruch nehmen. Wer Wellness gern hat, kommt auch da auf seine Kosten.

The gym is well equipped, towels are provided, the staff is friendly, and it is very clean and maintained (especially changing rooms) The gym is located on two floors, but unfortunately, you need to go through the stairway to reach the lower classroom. In addition, the main negative thing about the gym is that you cannot open the windows in the course room, which makes the air very bad and also highly increases the air humidity, which leads to a very slippery floor

Esperienza positiva: Great gym with friendly staff. The gym has an interesting layout being split between 2 floors. The sauna, steam shower, and quiet room are a nice touch. The facilities are always clean. In the mornings it's not too crowded, I normally don't have to wait for any equipment, but I definitely recommend not going after work. The membership is a bit pricey.

Esperienza positiva: Ho testato questa palestra come parte di una versione di prova gratuita. La posizione è fantastica, vicino alla stazione SBB e al centro città. I dipendenti sono molto cordiali e gentili e la gente del posto è pulita. L'attrezzatura sembra essere aggiornata con l'ultima arte. Alla fine non ho scelto questa palestra, perché secondo me il rapporto prezzo / prestazioni era davvero negativo rispetto alle altre palestre di Basilea. Inoltre, la palestra è migliore sul sito Web che in realtà. Il fotografo è riuscito a evidenziare molto bene i punti morbidi. Alla fine, la realtà non può seguire le aspettative.

Esperienza fantastica: Nach fünf Jahren Abstinenz meinerseits, bin ich gestern erneut dem INDIGO FITNESS CLUB beigetreten und konnte gleich noch meine Frau überzeugen mitzumachen. Indigo heisst für mich perfekt ausgebildetes, aufgeschlossenes und sympathisches Trainingspersonal, Eintritt ab 18 Jahren, auf 1000 Personen limitierte Mitgliederanzahl, Vielzahl verschiedener Trainingsgäreten, Angebot div. Kurse (Yoga etc.), jedem Neumitglied stehen 4h Einzel training zu, bereitgestelltes Wasser, Trainings-, Sauna-, und Badetuch bei jedem Besuch, Kaffee á Discretion, seperate Umkleide-, und Duschkabinen (mit Molton Brown Produkten), Dampfbad sowie einer Sauna & Ruheraum. Das alles in einem stylisch-atmosphärischem Gym, mit einladendem Ambiente. Das Personal unterstützt, gibt Tipps und leitet an. In Einzelstunden wird ein Trainingsplan erstellt und das richtige Ausführen der verschiedenen Übungen gelehrt/erlernt. Jeder Trainierende behandelt sein Gegenüber mit Respekt, es wird gegrüsst, geredet, verabschiedet und nicht belächelt oder angeglotz.

Esperienza fantastica: Dopo cinque anni di astinenza, sono tornato ieri al Indigo Fitness Club e sono stato in grado di convincere mia moglie a partecipare. Per me, Indigo significa uno staff di formazione perfettamente addestrato, aperto e comprensivo, l'ingresso di 18 anni, il numero di membri limitati a 1000 persone, molti corsi di formazione diversi, vari corsi (yoga, ecc.) 4 ore di addestramento individuale, acqua, addestramento, sauna e asciugamano da bagno ad ogni visita, caffè discrezionale, spogliatoi separati e cubetti doccia (con prodotti Molton Brown), un bagno a vapore e una sauna e una sala di rilassamento. Tutto in una palestra elegante e atmosferica con un'atmosfera accogliente. Consulenza e manager di supporto del personale. Viene creato un piano di formazione in lezioni individuali e viene appresa la corretta esecuzione dei vari esercizi. Ogni tirocinante tratta la sua controparte con rispetto, accoglie, parla, dice e non li sorride o non li guarda.

Esperienza fantastica: Indirizzo più alto per l'allenamento di fitness individuale o lezioni di gruppo. Allenatori di fitness esperti, dipendenti amichevoli e disponibili al ricevimento. L'intero posto, in particolare gli spogliatoi, è molto pulito e ben attrezzato.

Esperienza fantastica: Sono stato membro quasi dall'apertura della palestra. I dipendenti sono tutti amichevoli e fantastici e i servizi sono la prima classe, tra cui acqua, shampoo e asciugamani. Voglio che sia un po 'più grande (più spazio per pesi gratuiti) e c'era il personale di pulizia completo negli spogliatoi.
