Esperienza fantastica: I really enjoy the postnatal rücksbildungsyoga mit baby class taught by Gisela. It allows me to recover/re-strengthen my body while having my baby right beside me. The class is full of other moms with babies so I really feel comfortable as we're all going through the same thing and everyone is understanding. Our instructor Gisela is very nice, flexible, and leads the class well i.e. great instructions, good pace, etc. Definitely would recommend!

Esperienza fantastica: ABSOLUTE Erholung - der Pilates Kurs war völlig entspannend. Ich fühle mich wie neu. Die einzelnen Übungen waren befreiend. Ich bin aus dem Kurs total relaxt heraus gegangen. Hab' mich gleich für weitere Kurse angemeldet. Auch die Events sind der Hammer.
