Esperienza fantastica: This is the best yoga, Pilates Reformer and Pilates studio I have ever been to. The instructors/teachers are motivating and professional and teach well prepared and varied classes. I go to the Pilates Reformer classes regularly and they are never boring. The variety of exercises we are shown is endless and you work on strength, endurance and flexibility. People are friendly and the beautiful studio is always clean. After two pregnancies, my body feels strong again, I have less back pain and Pilates Reformer makes you look good too.
