Vanessa creates a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels seen and supported, regardless of their level. Her classes go beyond just movement—they are a journey into mindfulness, self-awareness, and genuine well-being. Thanks to her, I’ve not only improved my strength and flexibility but also found a deeper connection to myself. I feel incredibly lucky to have her as my teacher.

Esperienza fantastica: I did the Power Sweat class with Agi. I did yoga and bootcamp classes all around the world and this is really unique. You are lucky if you find a space. It is a great way to start the week with power, flexibility and sweat!

The way she guided us through each pose was so soothing and clear. I felt fully supported throughout the session, and it really helped me reconnect with myself. Can’t wait to come back!

She mindfully guides you through the practice and together with her fantastic choice of music immerses you in her classes. Esperienza fantastica: Amazing new studio and classes! Cecilia's classes can be challenging (in a good way!) but she always takes the time for individual guidance and provides easier options for those who have not been doing ballet since the age of 5 :)
