You will come out of it with a bag full of practical tricks that will help you not only expose them to yoga, but to encourage them to find joy through movement, calm through breathing exercises, and excitement and growth through play. Catalina’s passion and enthusiasm shines through every aspect of this course. You won’t be disappointed.

Esperienza fantastica: I attended Unicorn Yoga Family Classes with my daughter , and I am very grateful for Catalina's warmth and her wonderful classes. My daughter loved coming every Monday, and she still remembers some of the songs we sang there. The classes are well-prepared and provide plenty of materials and resources for the children to be interested while they engage and interact actively in class.
