Esperienza fantastica: I have been with Bewegungswelt for more than 4 years and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and guidance. The aerial yoga classes with Sara are a perfect blend of challenge and relaxation, allowing me to explore new movements and build strength. The feeling of being suspended in the air is both exhilarating and calming, and I've noticed significant improvements in my flexibility and core strength since starting. I highly recommend Bewegungswelt for anyone looking to enhance their fitness journey through aerial yoga, pilates or any other activity offered.

Esperienza fantastica: The instructors are very professional, skilled and give a lot of “positive energy”, I love to take classes with them. The studio is set up with attention to the smallest details, is welcoming and simple at the same time. I strongly recommend this studio if you wish to do good quality movement and training, relax and feel at ease.
