Esperienza fantastica: The “Outdoor training” (every Tuesday evening at 18:45) is the best way to regain physical fitness, mobility, and strength while having fun, together with a group of locals! I strongly recommend and have not seen a better setup than this! We are typically 6-8 people around Bram (the physical therapist) and every week he alternates the training program, making it therefore more varied, entertaining, and challenging.
