Esperienza fantastica: I had a drop-in on a Saturday morning that had conditioning class. As an outsider, I could sense right away that members over there are happy and well taken care of. The program we had was well prepared and Sebastien was a great coach throughout the whole workout, giving me tips and looking at my form. Class was in french as I was the only English speaker but Sebastien explained everything in English with no problem. I liked the box very much, spacious with high ceilings and quality equipment. After class, people were hanging around and I once again felt a great sense of community. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place to CF enthusiasts who are passing by the area!

Esperienza fantastica: Been around, seen lots; Sebastien knows what CrossFit is about! He is dedicated to having everyone enjoy a fun moment altogether! He takes the class through drills and progressions, making sure everyone can evolve at their own level! Great space and beautiful outdoor surroundings to train in!!! Esperienza fantastica: We dropped into CrossFit Golden Bird while visiting Gruyères, and we had an amazing experience. The gym was very well maintained, clean, and modern, with great views. The equipment was well organized and in great shape. As a coach myself, I found the coaching to be top-notch. They were welcoming, very attentive, and reviewed movements and movement standards each class. All of the members in our classes were very welcoming as well. CrossFit Golden Bird is a wonderful gym, with great owners, coaches, and members. Don’t miss it if you’re nearby!

Esperienza fantastica: J’étais anti-salles de force. J’ai débuté fin novembre 2022 et depuis j’y vais minimum 2x/semaine avec un immense plaisir. Les coachs sont très sympas et compétents. Les membres sont très sympas. Une vraie famille! Je recommande ce CrossFit à toutes et tous et surtout à celles et ceux qui comme moi aviez des préjugés négatifs. L’essayer c’est l’adopter.

Ho testato la formula di Discovery con Seb e mi è piaciuta immediatamente l'umore migliore e l'atmosfera. I formatori sono super professionali, amichevoli e cercano di capire le motivazioni e le aspettative per incontrarli al meglio. Risultato, ci sentiamo bene, tra gli amici e l'atmosfera è fantastico perché i membri hanno lo stesso umore. Nessuna gara per rispecchiare biscotti o sfilate, siamo qui per sudare, soffrire e fare del bene. In breve, lo sport, il benessere, l'auto -trascendenza e la benevolenza sono le parole chiave di questo luogo. Esperienza fantastica: Che fortuna, è sicuro, non avrei potuto passare un momento migliore! Dopo anni di arrugginitura sul mio divano, alla fine ho osato saltare. Non senza paure ... Ma che perdita di tempo! Sono tornato allo sport e te lo devo. Allenatore in cima alla punta, con un'enorme capitale di simpatia. Ascolta sempre e cerca il movimento più piccolo scarsamente eseguito che potresti ferire. E tutto ciò è pieno di un'ottima atmosfera in cui tutti si sostengono e si incoraggiano a vicenda.

Esperienza fantastica: La coppia di allenatore è davvero carina con molta attenzione. Corsi che ci consentono di andare in precisione per progredire rapidamente. La posizione in questo meraviglioso Gruyères è davvero più bella con una vista sul castello e sui pre -alps. Un vero piacere!
