Esperienza fantastica: schön, übersichtliches Fitnesscenter. Betreuung durch Riana sehr gut. Sie ist auf meine Bedürfnisse sehr gut eingegangen und hat mir einen passenden Fitnessplan erstellt. sehr zu empfehlen.

Esperienza negativa: I have been training at Heiden Fitness for 14 months with frequency of 5 times per week. 1. Fitness friends are more or less neighbours. We are friendly, nice and happy people. 2. Once a shocking experience was that: when I was deadlifting 70kg, a personnel suddenly shouted behind me and complained that I breathed wrongly. At least 4-5 gym friends witnessed this scene. I must declare that that personnel was never my trainer. During the process when I was deadlifting shouted she behind me almost injured me! That was not only unfriendly, but also very unprofessional, which was totally unacceptable. 3. After this dangerous incident, she laughed at me: even a baby knows how to breathe. I was speechless. 4. Since deadlifts on the floor is not only loud but also not good for the floor, I used two pillows under the barbells to prevent any damage to the floor. One man came and asked me friendly: may I use the pillow? I said: oh, i am sorry. I still need them for a while. But I will tell you when I finish here. He smiled and agreed. However, that same personnel came to me and talked to me in an aggressive tone: “can you read our rules? More and more people came to me and complained that you don’t let them use the gym equipments.”. This statement was fully nonsense! I am a powerlifting fan. I almost use only the Squats Rack. Everybody at the gym knows that I am almost (99.9% of the time) the only one using the Squats Rack. In one word: Heiden Fitness is a great place, with wonderful gym friends but with some emotionally unstable and personnel. What a pity! Ps: i am responsible for what I write here. Esperienza fantastica: Super Fitness mit allem was es braucht. Familiäres Umfeld und freundliches Personal. Für ein Training auf dem Land sehr gut. @Sigi Signer auf der Webseite des Heidenfitness steht alles gut lesbar beschrieben sowie auch die Öffnungs- und Betreuten-Zeiten. Ein kurzer Anruf vorab würde sicherlich auch einiges klären. Besser zuerst die Eigenorganisation trainieren.

Esperienza negativa: Ich und meine Frau wollten uns am Samstag nachmittag informieren und wurden abgewiesen da das Fitness nur von Mitgliedern benutzt werden könne und nun niemand vom Team da sei und die Dame seit privat da. Das steht aber nicht auf dem Schild im Eingang. Sorry dann lassen wirs.
