Lee has introduced me to a new kind of fitness and group dynamic. It is inspiring how she constantly motivates us and makes us stronger and better by setting us new challenges. I am eternally grateful to Lee and can only recommend her to everyone!

Esperienza fantastica: Ein unglaublich schöner Fitness-Club mit direktem Seeanstoss, der wie ein Kurzurlaub wirkt. Die Ausstattung auf dem Gym-Floor wird immer wieder auf den top aktuellen Stand gebracht, es gibt alles was man für ein effektives Training braucht. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, kein Vergleich zu anderen Studios. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Timea Krizsa, die zahlreiche verschiedene Gruppenkurse leitet von Spinning über Power Circuit und Rückenfit bis Body Shape. Ihre positive, herzliche Ausstrahlung und die persönliche Coaching bei den Übungen ist Gold wert. Ihr Programm ist so abwechslungsreich und schön, jederzeit zu empfehlen. Esperienza negativa: Unfortunately, the air conditioning at Holmes Place is extremely poor during the summer. It gets so hot that working out becomes nearly impossible. I genuinely feel bad for the employees—PTs and reception staff—who have to endure these conditions daily. I’ve even seen staff in distress, which is deeply concerning. Management seriously needs to address this issue and reconsider whether the current leadership is equipped to handle such fundamental problems. This club has potential, but it’s hard to recommend until these conditions improve.

Esperienza positiva: Everything is ok. But i dont understand why you can't install normal AC? It is impossible to use the gym during summer. If i pay nice i want to have the same quality also. Thanks.

Esperienza fantastica: Cool gym, everything is clean and people are usually nice, but it seems like recently they were bought by RyanAir - there's a vending machine with perfumes right at the entrance, because being able to buy a shytty perfumes at the gym is exactly why people go to gym. Waiting for the lottery cards.

Esperienza fantastica: Holmes Place Gym is truly one of the most state-of-the-art fitness centers in Zurich — perhaps one of the best I have ever seen. The gym is equipped with the latest machines, all integrated with cutting-edge technology, offering an exceptional workout experience. The sauna and wellness area is equally impressive, providing a luxurious space to relax and recover after training sessions. However, what truly sets Holmes Place apart is the outstanding hospitality and warmth of the entire staff. From the moment you step in, you are greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Special mention must go to Mirella and Marlen, who consistently go above and beyond in looking after all guests. In my early days at the gym, there were several instances when I needed assistance, and both of them were incredibly responsive and helpful. They not only solved my issues promptly but did so with such kindness and professionalism that it made me feel immediately at home. Their dedication to creating a supportive and friendly environment is a big part of why I continue to enjoy my time at Holmes Place. I would strongly recommend this gym to anyone looking for not just a top-class fitness facility, but also a community where you feel truly valued and cared for.

Esperienza fantastica: Lots of classes which are decent quality (never as good as a boutique fitness studio but far better than other gyms), nice sauna area, childcare, and friendly staff. A million times better than other gym chains in Switzerland which are anything but relaxing and 20 years behind the times with their class offerings. You’re left alone here (unless you ask for help, then they gladly help you) which I greatly appreciate.

Esperienza fantastica: Definitely Holmes Place in Oberrieden is one of the most beautiful sport centres, right on the lake and when you do your exercises, you have this stunning view on Zurich lake. The trainers in Holmes Place are highly professional and have the highest level of preparation. Kathy , who is teaching Pilates , is absolutely unbeatable. Every lesson is unique, every lesson is different and the most important is never boring with just routine pilates exercises . She really helps to transform the body, to feel good and to feel fit. Highly recommend her lessons. Marcello, the dance teacher is unsurpassable too . His puts so much passion and love in his dance lessons and he is just contagious with his good mood, smile and fantastic dance lessons. The kickboxing trainers are extremely good too , Daniel and the blond lady ( never cud remember her name ). Michael, the personal trainer is highly professional, very kind and nice person and easy to communicate with … I am very thankful to all people working in Holmesplace , who do whatever is possible and impossible to make people feel good . Thank you

Holmesplace is a one-stop shop featuring a modern machine park, amazing trainers (like Marcelo and Timea), a restaurant with Italian chef, wonderful Spa and kids club facilities, and engaging lake life. Tiffany and her entire staff are amazing at organising cool events all year around, and promoting a culture of positivity. A membership with most value for your investment!

Esperienza fantastica: Great place to (re)start your fitness journey! I opted for a pricier establishment to motivate myself and take my goals seriously. So far, this worked out great. I've also opted for additional Personal Training sessions, and can only recommend this to anybody who needs an extra push, but also to review and improve posture and diversify your training knowledge. Holmes Place Seepark is modern, has great machines and a welcoming vibe, as well as plenty of floor space and is always clean. As a bonus, fabulous group fitness courses are included in the regular price, as well as a sauna/ spa area. I'm using both a lot and it's absolutely worth the price. I'm looking forward to warmer weather so I can use the outdoor area and the direct access to the lake. My personal favourite at the restaurant Elements is the Bircher Müsli - it's super yummy.

Esperienza negativa: If you like machines and cardio this is a great gym for you. The free weight and strength area is a total joke and could even be called shameful. Only 2 real racks with barely any weights and very old material. A disappointment

Esperienza negativa: Bitte lassen sie sich nicht vom Luxus Bild dieses Gyms blenden, es ist ein kompletter Witz. Ja der Standort ist fantastisch, die Aussicht toll. Alles andere lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Kundenservice ist für diese Abo-Gebühren unterirdisch schlecht. Es wird nicht anständig kommuniziert und Professionalität sieht meiner Ansicht anders aus. Der Kunde steht hier nicht im Fokus. Es kann nicht sein, dass ich mich mehrfach um Probleme, die beim Club entstanden sind kümmern muss, sprich stundenlange Telefonate führen mit mehreren Personen (ich beziehe mich auf das LSV, das nicht eingerichtet wurde, das Login, das wochenlang nicht funktionierte, die Kündigung, die auch nicht klappt.) Einsicht seitens Club wäre schön, kompetenteres Personal wäre schön, ein Entgegenkommen wäre schön und ein kundenorientierter Service wäre schön. Aber eben schön...das Leben ist ja kein Ponyhof, daher Finger weg von diesem möchtegern Luxus-Gym.

Esperienza positiva: Der Club ist sehr schön und auch am Personal habe ich weiterhin nichts auszusetzen. Es sind freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute. Was ich schade finde, sind die Aktionen die dazu führen, dass der SPA Bereich komplett verwahrlost. Es fällt auf, dass immer während und nach einer Aktion, das Chaos ausbricht. Es hat zu wenig Aufsicht in diesem Bereich. Auch zahlende Mitglieder dürfen auf Fehlverhalten aufmerksam gemacht werden. Niemand brauch 10 Aufgüsse in 2 Stunden. Es kann nicht sein, das Menschen in Shirt und Unterhosen in die Sauna gehen oder direkt von der Sauna in den Whirlpool. Das die Duschen keine Türen mehr haben ist für Frauen sehr unangenehm. Die neue Beleuchtung im Gym ist zwar super, leider ist zurzeit die Geräuschkulisse unangenehm da der Hall im Raum extrem ist. Trotzdem bin ich ein Fan des Clubs und würde ihn weiterempfehlen. Lage Top, Geräte Top, Ausstattung Top.

Esperienza fantastica: Ich habe fast 5 Jahre in diesem Club in Oberrieden trainiert. Während dieser 5 Jahre habe ich mich auch häufig aufgeregt: die Geräte sind zu alt und abgenutzt, nicht sauber, kleine Auswahl, es gibt kein Duschgel in den Duschen und keiner füllt nach, kleine Mängel im Spa usw. Das ist alles nicht so wichtig. Nachdem ich von der Region weggezogen bin und andere Fitness Clubs im Kanton ZH gesehen habe, muss ich sagen, dass HP in Oberrieden doch sehr gut ist. - Wo findet man sonst einen Fitness-Club in Kanton Zürich, wo man gleich nach dem Training oder nach der Sauna das runde Jahre in den See springen kann? Auch im Sommer kann man den privaten Strand geniessen, Stand-up Paddle nehmen, draussen bei gutem Wetter direkt am See am Strand trainieren usw. - Man kann in der Sauna die Seesicht geniessen, es gibt Balkone wie man im Winter den Tee nach der Sauna draussen geniessen kann - Kostenlose Parkplätze, wo man zu 90% immer einen Platz findet - Ich finde auch die Atmosphäre in das Personal sehr freundlich. Bei Check-in und Tücher-Aushändigung gibt es immer ein nettes Small Talk. Klar, beim Lockdown gab es immer wieder Ärger mit dem Personal wegen Einschränkungen, aber das war überall so. - Es gibt dort tolle Events zu verschiedenen Anlässen, Feiertagen - Adäquates Publikum, sehr international, viele hochqualifizierte Expaten. Na ja für den Preis natürlich - Da gibt es ein Restaurant mit der Terrasse, wo man bei gutem Wetter entweder essen und einfach einen Kaffee mit guter Aussicht geniessen kann - Ich konnte dort beim Training oder im Spa beim Small Talk sehr tolle neue Bekanntschaften bilden, mit denen ich auch befreundet wurde. Sehr international. - Ich finde es auch positiv, dass die Atmosphäre und Kunden meistens nicht zu konservativ und zurückhaltend sind, wie man das in anderen Schweizer Klubs oft erlebt, wo die Menschen miteinander nicht reden und nicht «hallo» sagen. Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich speziell im guten Sinne. Wenn ich in der Nähe wieder wohne würde, würde ich zweifellos zurückkehren.

Esperienza negativa: Zeitdruck, mangelnde Kompetenz, schlechter Kundendienst: Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung und absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Es war schon schwierig, einen Termin für das Einführungs-Training zu bekommen. Bei diesem Termin, bei dem der Trainer kaum Zeit hatte und spürbar in Eile war, wurde eine Fehlhaltung der Schulter nicht erkannt, das Programm wurde nicht entsprechend gestaltet…weshalb ich nach meinem ersten Training zwei Monate Physio-Therapie benötigte. Auf meine Mail-Anfragen wurde erst reagiert, als ich den CEO von Holmes-Place mit in den Verteiler nahm. Mehrmals. Kein Wille zur Kulanz, kein Verständnis, schlechte Erreichbarkeit…und keine Möglichkeit, das Abo aufgrund der Erfahrungen vorzeitig zu beenden. Kurzum der „Premium-Service“ den Holmes Place verspricht, ist nur bei der Preisgestaltung sichtbar…

Esperienza positiva: Top Gym super Lage am See..aber leider leider kein Boxkurs oder Kickboxen...( Genf und Lausanne geht es auch )

Esperienza negativa: Ich habe leider eine sehr negative Erfahrung mit Holmes Place in Oberrieden gemacht. Trotz laufenden Aktionen wurde mir ein dreimal so teureres Abo verkauft. Fact ist.. ich habe etwa 390.- gezahlt für 1.5 MT und war aufgrund den ganzen hin und her war ich nicht einmal im Fitnessstudio. Kundenservice ist unterirdisch... irgendwann wurden Mails einfach ignoriert. Fazit In der Nähe gibt es genug andere alternative Fitnessstudios, bei denen das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis realistischer ist.

Esperienza negativa: Falschen Brief erhalten mit falscher Kündigungsfrist, dann liess man mich 30min an der Reception warten um mir dann noch Zusatzkosten zu verrechnen. Schade, dass man so mit den Members umgeht, welche ja doch noch einiges fürs Abo zahlen.(oder eben dann nicht mehr)

Esperienza fantastica: Schönes Fitnessstudio mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und super schönem Seeblick. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Studio ist sauber. Ich kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen.

Esperienza fantastica: Der perfekte Ort für Sport und Entspannung mit tollem Blick Ein herausragendes Fitnessstudio. Es hat ein sehr nettes Personal vom Empfang, über die Fitness-Trainer bis zum Manager. Der Fitnessbereich ist sehr groß und hat Kardio, CrossFit/Gymnastics als auch Freihantel/Gewichthebebreiche. Auch gibt es einen Spa der eine Saune, ein Whirlpool und ein Dampfbad besitzt mit schönem Blick über den Zürichsee. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ort, um nach dem Feierabend abzuschalten, Sport zu machen und danach zu entspannen.

Esperienza negativa: Leider musste ich meinen Vertrag wegen nachweislich ungenügender Hygienezustände im Club und wiederholten Unstimmigkeiten bei der Abrechnung nach 15 Jahren Mitgliedschaft fristlos kündigen. Gute Gruppenkurse, schöne Aussicht und aufgestelltes Team; aber benutzte Einwegmasken inmitten millimeter dicker Staubschichten auf der Garderobenablage (mit Fotos dokumentiert) noch aus der 1. Coronawelle, mangelhafte Gerätepflege (Rost &Staub) sowie Unstimmgkeiten bei der Vertragsverlängerung sind bei fast 2000.- sfr Jahresgebühr für einen "premium health club" ein absolutes NO GO. Meine Empfehlung beim aktuellen Management: Finger weg! P.S. Detail-/Belegfotos vorliegend

Esperienza negativa: Wenn man hier ein Monatsticket löst das per Mitte Monat beginnt, wird man zuerst mit einer Welcome Gebühr zum Monatsticket belastet (das soll eine besonders gute Aktion sein) und künden kann man statt per Ende des Monats erst im nächsten Monat ! Diese Regeln werden nicht erklärt, es wird einfach gemahnt und einen schriftlichen Vertrag bekommt man auch nicht. Ein mieserables Geschäftsverhalten !

Esperienza negativa: Überteuert und Kündigungsvorgang eine absolute Frechheit!!! Wollte mein Abo Künden, bis extra persönlich vorbei gegangen (nachdem eine Mail inkl. PDF nicht genügte) mit der schriftlichen Kündigung, wurde inkl. dem Blatt wieder nachause geschickt und durfte es per Post senden (auf meine Kosten natürlich). Empfele dieses Fitness wirklich keinem!!! Spart euer Geld und geht in ein Spa und nehmt ein anderes Fitness, es lohnt sich einfach nicht. nie wieder

Esperienza fantastica: Ich bin Mitglied im HP Oberrieden seit der ersten Stunde und ich geniesse den Club nach wie vor sehr. Die Trainerinnen sind immer super vorbereitet, die Stunden anstrengend, lustig, motivierend und gut aufgebaut. Besonderer Dank geht an Sandra und Olivia, welche mich seit Jahren immer wieder motivieren. DANKE!! Die Lage das Klubs ist einmalig und der direkte Seeanstoss genial. Ich schätze es enorm, nach dem Training gleich noch schwimmen zu gehen und mit Badetüchern ausgestattet zu werden. Vielen Dank und weiter so!

Esperienza fantastica: Dieser Fitnessclub direkt am See in Oberrieden macht seinem Namen (premium Fitnessclub) aller Ehre. Es hat einfach alles für was das Herz jeden Sportlers schlägt + unglaublich freundliches und motivierendes Personal -welches es immer wieder schafft ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern, egal wie anstrengend bzw. schweisstreibend das Eigene -oder gemeinsame workout auch ist. Die Location ist wie ein Urlaubsparadies für viel Bewegung, Spass und Freude. Danke dass es euch gibt ☀️

Esperienza negativa: Extrem FamilienUNfreundlich & herzlos, keine Kundenorientierung! Mein Mann und ich haben einen Vertrag abgeschlossen mit dem klaren Ziel, die Kinderbetreuung für unsere neugeborene Tochter nutzen zu können. Wir hatten dabei die Annahme, dass diese kostenfrei nutzbar ist, wie dies auch bei vielen anderen Anbietern der Fall ist. Nie wurden die zusätzlichen Kosten von CHF15/h erwähnt. Mit diesen Irrtum sind hängen wir nun in dem Vertrag fest und haben auch nach mehrmaligem Bitten/Flehen den Vertrag nicht rückgängig machen dürfen (wohlgemerkt dies war 10 Tage nach dem Vertragsabschluss, ich hatte dort noch nicht 1x trainiert). Wir stehen nun vor der Wahl: -Entweder wir trainieren separat und einer kümmert sich ums Kind - somit reduziert sich unsere sowieso schon spärliche Quality Time noch mehr oder - wir bezahlen die Kinderbetreuung, was ca auf 2h x CHF15 x 2xproWoche x ca45Wochen = CHF2500 ZUSÄTZLICHE Kosten hinausläuft Alles in allem eine extrem traurige, herzlose Erfahrung. Unser erstes Jahr mit unserer Tochter hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt. Ich überlege ernsthaft ein zweites Abo bei Activ Fitness für knapp CHF800 abzuschliessen, Kinderbetreuung ist da inklusive. Da verzichte ich gerne auf etwas Luxus. Null Kulanz, kein Herz, null Kundenorientierung - Schade liebes Holmes Place, dass ihr ihr es anscheinend so nötig habt eine junge Familie vor solch eine Wahl stellen zu müssen aufgrund eines Irrtums.

Esperienza fantastica: HP SEEPARK Oberrieden ist der der schönste und beste Club. Ausserordentlich ist das fantastische Team, die die Sportwelt zum Erlebnis machen. Die geniale Lage mit Seeanstoss, das Kursangebot (inklusive den SUPER KURSLEITER) , der Wellness Bereich, Kids Club und Restaurant, lassen keine Wünsche übrig! Esperienza fantastica: Ich besuchte mehrmals Groupfitnessklassen und nutzte das angeschlossene Restaurant. Die Lage direkt am See vermittelt ein einmaliges Ferienfeeling! Das Inventar ist gepflegt und sehr vielseitig, die Räume sind sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Im Gegensatz zu Billig-Studios erhalte ich hier Tücher für Training und Dusche frisch gewaschen und mit einem Lächeln überreicht an der Reception. Preis-Leistung: TOP!
