Esperienza fantastica: Ich fühle mich wohl in dieser Box. Wir trainieren fokussiert und gezielt (aber nicht verbissen), wir lachen auch zusammen, feuern uns gegenseitig an, freuen uns gemeinsam über Fortschritte. Die Coaches geben wertvolle Tipps und unterstützen, um weiterzukommen. Für mich ein guter Mix zwischen Professionalität, Freude, Spass, Menschlichkeit.

Esperienza fantastica: I dropped in for 3 days while in Lucerne and had a wonderful experience. I was immediately welcomed and felt like I was part of the gang for years. The coaches are present, articulate and engaged. The box is spacious, wonderful ,and well equipped. 10/10 would WOD again

Esperienza fantastica: We have been working out at CFZ for almost two years. Since we travel often we had the pleasure of working out at more than fifty boxes in many different countries and we often reviewed the boxes we visited. So it is just fair to also review our home box: CFZ is a top box and does not have to shy from comparison from anything we have seen. Great and motivated coaches, an exciting and challenging programming that allows you to progress, well maintained equipment and box, many classes from early in the morning until the evening, 24/7 open gym as a member, and last but not least an amazing community. Highly recommended

Esperienza fantastica: Spacious gym, were CF classes and open gym can happen at the same time. Very well equipped, great coaches that pay attention to everyone in the class, approach you with recommendations for improvement, they speak not only German but also English, which is very very helpful for someone that doesn’t master German at all or is a beginner. Programming is also very good and diverse. Overall, this is a Gym I recommend with all my heart

Esperienza fantastica: it was so cool , the trainer is super nice , has always given me good tips , the people were super friendly , and the workshop ( team workshop ) was a lot of fun .

Esperienza fantastica: The coach was very enthusiastic and also gave me skill feedback during the class, which is very good! The music was perfect and the ambience was relaxed and every one (members and staff) was welcoming and kind! Love to see places where people smile and laugh :)

Esperienza fantastica: Excellent layout, lots of equipment, free parking, and separate open gym area ( and friendly and helpful coaching).

Esperienza fantastica: I tried the Gymnastics course and I found it very interesting for 3 reasons: 1. the exercises are not standard (at least for me: I have never trained with rings and ropes) 2. it's funny, I have never climbed a rope and it was really cool! 3. you develop the technique for the exercises and this allows you to train without compromise joints. So 5 starts for CFZ!

Esperienza fantastica: Good workout, good vibes. Clear explanation of the workouts. controlling and correcting moves and make suggestions on the appropriate weights adjusted to level of skills and strength. Everyone is super friendly and motivating. Much appreciated, keep up the great work

Esperienza fantastica: Great workouts, absolutely loved it from the first second I tried a class a crossfit Zug. The coaches are amazing and explain the exercises and make sure your technique is good to execute the movements safely. They are always willing to help when I have questions, are very kind, friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend to give Crossfit Zug a try, it is fun, motivating and I always look forward to each class!

Esperienza fantastica: Great gym. It has a lot of space and equipment, the coaching staff is highly experienced and the atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend this to anyone, whether you are a beginner or fitness enthusiast.

Esperienza fantastica: Best CrossFit Box I know in Europa, have been around a dozen, so not a lot, but this one here is by far the best I‘ve experienced. They really make sure you get the correct technique so you develop constantly and safe, results guaranteed.

Cambia eventi e corsi (seminario di sollevamento pesi, formazione di forza, campo di addestramento, ecc.) Completa perfettamente l'offerta. Anche l'attrezzatura è in buone condizioni e viene costantemente sostituita o acquistata di nuovo. Sono un membro per alcuni anni e non cambierei mai. Continua!

Esperienza fantastica: Se ti piace CrossFit, questo è il posto dove puoi anche andare. Due su altri elementi preziosi: il team è estremamente professionale e amichevole e l'atmosfera della scatola è semplice e familiare. Non sono un crossfitter super avanzato, ma sono convinto che anche la formazione per i professionisti sia superlativa. Continua così, gente!

Esperienza fantastica: Questa comunità è accogliente e amichevole come te. I formatori sono competenti, attenti e attenti. L'atmosfera generale tra i membri è un incoraggiamento e una passione per lo sport. Quando sono venuto qui, sono stato accolto a braccia aperte. La programmazione di classe a tutti i livelli si concentra sulla preparazione fisica generale, ma ci sono corsi speciali per CrossFitters avanzati. Non è più aperto il tempo di aggiustamento in quasi tutte le classi. Non è un incidente che questa scatola sia tanto quanto è ed è diventata una seconda casa per me.
