They ensure you get guided through classes thoroughly and have your learning journey set-up step by step. Their mat culture is very supportive and classes are taught in English. The student group consists of people from all around the world and there are always some jokes and some laughter around. If you live or work in Zurich and have always wanted to learn Jiu-Jitsu, then this is the place for you. People of all ages, backgrounds and physical ability levels are welcome.

This is one of the friendliest and coolest group of people I did any sport/martial arts with. Zero inflated egos, full-on respect and skills.
