Habe zudem erste Erfahrungen mit holotropem Atmen machen können. War sehr hilfreich und hatte für mich erstaunliche, therapeutische Wirkung. Hat zeitlich weit zurückliegende Blockaden gelöst. Gaile hat für mich stimmig und passend durch die Übungen geführt. Konnte daher loslassen. Sie ist immer perfekt vorbereitet, sorgt für positive Atmosphäre und arbeitet sehr strukturiert. Expérience fantastique: die Massage hat mir sehr gut getan ich fühlte mich danach leichter und gelöst. ich habe arthrose im rücken. Gaile gibt auch interessante tipps, was für alternati medizin ich anwenden kann ohne mich mit Medikamente vollzustopfen. auch helfen mir die Uebungen die ich als Hausaufgabe bekommen habe. ich freue mich auf ein nächstes Mal.
