Expérience positive: This guys are great! If you need to get back in shape or need to get stronger, they definitely help you out. It is an expensive service though, and this is justified by the fact that you have one trainer looking after you, telling you how to move discovering with your weak spots and fixing them. Would give five stars if it was less expensive.
