Expérience fantastique: Best bouldering gym in Switzerland! The routes are great, no matter what level you are. The place is clean, has cool sound and feels like one big family. Hard to find anywhere else. The Warmup zones have a heap of equipment, and there also is a bar with snacks, drinks and pizza. What is appreciate most, next to them always creating new routes, is the owner and staff. Super friendly and always up for helping. It’s always a pleasure to come.

Expérience positive: Grosse und schöne Boulderhalle mit einfachen bis ganz schwierigen Routen. Es gibt auch kindergerechte Routen. Garderoben sind vorhanden. Duschen auch, werden aber nur auf Anfrage beim Personal eingeschaltet. Es gibt ein kleines Bistro sowie die Möglichkeiten Boulderkleider zu kaufen.

Expérience fantastique: Locker und professionell Ich habe einen Privatkurs für meinen Sohn gebucht und wir sind überglücklich und zufrieden. Florian betreibt einen tollen Ort, sauber, super nette Gemeinschaft, professionelles und glückliches Personal und freundliche Preise. Wir sind so glücklich, diesen Ort gefunden zu haben und wir werden regelmässiger Besucher hier sein.

Expérience fantastique: Very good place! Attending that place since 5 years with my kids, we are always welcome, lots of problems for adults and kids rotated often, lots of good free parking spots around the building. Strongly recommend!

It’s really nice, I’ve been coming here at lest once a week for the past 6 month and I have nothing to complain about. Expérience fantastique: Ich gehe seit 7 Jahren in diverse Boulderhallen in und um Zürich und muss sagen das Grindelboulder ist mit Abstand das beste für jeden der richtig bouldern möchte. Sehr kreative Schrauber die wirklich aktiv sind, monatlich entdeckt man neue Routen in allen Graden. Abgespeckte Routen ala minimum gibt es hier nicht. Im Winter friert man nicht und im Sommer gut durchlüftet. Cooler Sound und gute Pizza zum fairen Preis. Der Inhaber ist stets gut gelaunt, hier wird noch mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet und das spürt man. Anfänger werden sehr gut eingeführt und unterstützt also los einfach mal ausprobieren.

Expérience fantastique: Hilfsbereiter, freundlicher Empfang; lockere und offene Stimmung. Genug Platz, genügend Routen auch für Anfänger. Faire Preise. Wir wollen wieder einmal kommen.

Expérience fantastique: By far the best Bouldering Gym in town. Nice building, excellent route setting and very nice community. Not to forget, nice music, sofas and beautiful plants. I would definitively recommend a visit of this gym. All in all, the atmosphere and the bouldering problems are just unique. I come back each and every week. Expérience positive: The gym is super clean and a rather modern one. The staff was super nice and also the climbers were friendly. Unfortunately most problems are rather on the easy side and I found them not super fun to boulder on (setting and holds were not the best in my opinion). I think this gym is best suited for beginners to intermediates as people bouldering above 7b might not have as interesting and as many (only a hand full of problems above that grade) problems as I would like. It was a fun one time trip though!

Expérience fantastique: Pros: - (in my opinion) compared to other bouldering places in/around Zurich the problems are a bit more interesting and have a greater variety - Very nice staff - Clean - Typically not as crowded as Minimum (except in the peak hours) Cons: - Facilities could be better: especially the training area is lacking

Expérience fantastique: Cool owner, wide range of difficulties, lots of routes. Recently they offer a lot more difficult routes and still have a great deal of beginner's routes. Also there's a very cool competition event they host twice a year. You get to compete only against people on your level and all from beginners to pros are welcome.

Expérience fantastique: Very nice bouldering gym. I liked the variety of route setting. They even had some interesting slab routes. There was a variety of holds. The people were friendly and it wasn't very busy there even though it was supposed to be the peak time according to Google. Parking wasn't a problem but I imagine if the place is packed it might become a problem. The only downside was that it was pretty hot, but I visited in July and imagine this is generally not an issue most of the year.

Expérience fantastique: +Super diversifiziertes Routsetting +Projektrouten +Campuswall (nach Norm) +Sehr gute Wände, verwinkelt und verschiedene Topouts +Sauber -Eher Magere Campuswall von der Griffvariation -Trainingsbereich und Campus ist nicht sauber abgegrenzt (geht auch nicht anders anhand der Architektur) -Schrauben nicht über V8/V9 (Über das Jahr 2021/2022 gesehen) -Kein Kilter oder Moonboard -Spraywall ist nicht wirklich brauchbar Ich vergleiche Grindel gerne mit einem Restaurant. Gibt es kein gutes Essen, kann das Ambiente noch so gut sein. Es wird es nie aushebeln können. (böser Blick nach Dübendorf) Gehört in Zürich zu den besten Hallen, aber nur dank dem Routsetting. Ansonsten würde es sich nicht von anderen Hallen abheben können.

Expérience positive: Nice and relaxed atmosphere, relatively clean for a boulder gym. Friendly staff. Routes are few and more focused on easier levels, but are replaced relatively frequently. Showers are not good.

Expérience fantastique: Routes here are fun and more beginner-friendly. I like that it has special walls and attractions for younger kids who are getting started in bouldering. It’s a bummer that it won’t open till noon on weekends, although some Sundays they hold a father-child climbing morning. They make a terrible frozen pizza which the kids love. :)

Expérience fantastique: So many boulder problems still to solve and new challenges are appearing all the time...Love this place. It's never crowded, warm and comfortable and offers more than enough for any boulder level. Prices are moderate. Shoes can be rented. You can enjoy a well deserved snack or a drink afterwards in the bar corner.

Expérience fantastique: A great bouldering hall, my favorite one in Zurich. It's a bit out of the way but thanks to that it's not as crowded as Minimum. The routes are kept clean so it's easy to tell which hold belongs to which route. The routes are interesting, there is plenty of overhanging ones and a few that require you to jump to the next hold. My biggest complaint would be the slightly remote location and the weird color-based grading system - I don't understand why climbing gyms in Zurich don't follow any international grading standard.

Expérience positive: Nicht die Besten in der Schweiz - aber bei einem Besuch in Zürich habe ich mir das nicht nehmen lassen, die Halle zu besuchen. Zufriedenstellendes Angebot, böser Muskelkater und die Gewissheit, dass ich noch klettern kann - auch, wenn meine besten Zeiten lange her sind. Nettes Personal, faire Preise und wenn ich wieder in der Stadt bin, schaue ich wieder vorbei.

Expérience fantastique: Ich gehe seit dem letzen November jede Woche dort bouldern..hatte eine private Einführung bekommen mit vielen guten Tipps- alles was man zum bouldern braucht. Florian hat sich super viel Zeit genommen. Es macht viel Spass dort zu trainieren. Die Leute sind dort locker, freundliche und hilfsbereit. Es wird dort fleissig neue Routen geschraubt.

Expérience positive: Very good climbing place, the trails on every blocks are changing quite often and are accessible from all levels no need to be a pro! You can rent some shoes to climb for 5CHF and the entrance isn't too expensive.

Expérience fantastique: Grindelboulder is the best place to boulder in the greater Zurich area. Not crowded and every week there are some new boulders. This place is even heated during winter so you won't freeze your fingers off. They also have a fine beer selection if you are thirsty and they have some snacks for the hungry ones. Great for beginners, regulars, fanatics and families (they have some special family events during the weekends).

Expérience fantastique: Mittlerweile bin ich zum Wiederholungstäter geworden, ich finde jedes Mal ein neues "Projekt". Grosse, beheizte Halle, praktisch jede Woche neue Routen und für jeden Geschmack was dabei.

Expérience fantastique: Macht Spass Es hat Routen für jeden Dabei. Die Halle hat eine super Grundform welche Probleme aller Art ermöglicht. Die Route Setter machen ihren Job echt klasse. Vom Dyno für den erst Versuch bis hin zu Gleichgewicht Routen mit kleinen Crimps ist alles dabei!

Expérience positive: Die Boulderanlage und auch der Eintrittspreis sind ganz in Ordnung. Es ist auch nicht total überlaufen. Allerdings müsste man den Ablauf an der Kasse und beim Bistro etwas verbessern. Es geht da für mein Empfinden etwas langsam zu und her.
