Fantastische Erfahrung: Je recommande vivement ce centre de physiothérapie à toute personne recherchant une prise en charge sérieuse et efficace. Quel que soit le problème, de nombreux traitements sont proposés. De plus, la présence d'une piscine est un atout précieux. Un immense merci à Charles pour son expertise et les soins prodigués. J'ai pu constater une nette amélioration en peu de temps.

Negative Erfahrung: Personnel de la réception magnifique de gentillesse. Les installations piscine ne sont pas vraiment faites pour les PMR et j’en suis encore ahurie. Sol glissant, cabines où le déambulateur ne passe pas, il faut reprendre les vêtements pour les mettre de l’autre côté du couloir et repasser sur le sol glissant. Il y a une rampe pour entrer dans la piscine et elle s’arrête à 1,50 mètre du bord. Plus rien pour se tenir. Il ne reste donc que la plate-forme qui descend dans l’eau. Expérience unique. Je ne renouvellerai pas! Dommage..,, À part ça la Physio était efficiente!

Très bien équipé, ce centre est aussi muni d'une piscine, malheureusement en arrêt jusqu'au mois de décembre 2022 au moins. Les rendez-vous sont vite disponibles, mais ne tardez pas ... Je recommande cet établissement sans restriction

Fantastische Erfahrung: Un accueil fort sympathique,une équipe au top très dynamique, très professionnel à l'écoute de leurs patients... Une mention spéciale pour Ali le physio qui en un rien de temps m'a rendu mon épaule bien abîmé et bien évidemment Geoffrey qui prends aussi le relais et qui est sur la même longueur d'ondes qu'Ali. Si vous avez besoin d'une excellente rééducation de qualité c'est là qu'il faut aller sans hésiter.

Negative Erfahrung: Ok facilities, marred by an "old French guard" culture. In fact, many times one can feel the poisonous atmosphere walking in there. Be prepared to submit to: - have your appointment misplaced by a day by the reception desk on their calendar, them not only not recognise their error or present an apology for having wasted your time, but also act like you actually are there the next day to make it look like the opposite! - have your physiotherapist be late by 25 minutes but pretend it was "only" 15, not apologise for it, and make you late for your next appointments. - have your physiotherapist tell you Covid is "nothing", it's for "the old and frail" (I wonder how many young and healthy patients they treat at the center) and that none of the staff will get vaccinated because none "believe" in it, based upon what they've heard from all the doctors and nurses they know. Well, I happen to know A LOT of doctors and nurses, they ALL think it's a terrible disease. I personally witnessed many Covid deaths while at the hospital and I think it's horrible. In all fairness, this was denied later by another physiotherapist who claimed half of the staff is thinking about getting vaccinated. - catch Covid (that in fact, you might have caught at the center), ask them to suspend all your appointments because you might well be on your deathbed at the hospital; and then receive not one, but FOUR phone calls from them while you are on that bed, asking you why you didn't make it to your various appointments! - have a pushy receptionist use unethical (to be polite) tactics -- basically take you for a nitwit, quite impolitely, I might add -- to have you take new appointments with them. . them giving away your identity. Like, for example, I know the husband of a famous singer from the sixties/seventies is being treated there, which I should have no business knowing -- among other people. Forget about discretion. And good luck not falling upon sadistic (or close) physiotherapists. I will not get into the details there. I am actually very surprised Beaulieu hospital is allowing this crew to run their basement. Even though they are now two separate entities, this will surely weigh negatively on Beaulieu's reputation as well. They still owe me a few therapy sessions, but I'm not sure I will want to take them there anymore. The quality of their services has certainly deteriorated since I started attending this center three or four years ago. Avoid. . .

Eine echte Vergnügensfragebestimmungskommunikation, sowohl sensibel, zuhören und wissen, wie man die Diskussion erleichtert, fühlte ich mich schnell zuversichtlich (ein großes Dankeschön an Charles!), Vor allem, weil ich alle meine Fragen beantwortet habe (und ich nie ausgegangen bin). Die Ergebnisse waren schnell sichtbar und ermutigend. Die Anweisungen waren immer klar und präzise und die vorgeschlagenen, angepassten und effektiven Übungen.
