Whether thats loosing weight, maintaining a good physic, nutritional advice or to introduce yourself into boxing we pride ourselves into catering for our clients every personal need. Our services range from private 1-2-1 training, group sessions, cardio / strength and conditioning classes, introduction to boxing and fitness classes. Are timetables are completely flexible we are open 7 days a week as Western Boxing strive to help their clients reach the personal goals they desire at a time that suits their busy lifestyle.
