Fantastische Erfahrung: I was looking for a pilates studio in or around Zurich. By serendipitous coincidence I found the place that certified most pilates teachers in Switzerland. The studio is very clean and the rooms have generous high ceilings and large windows. The studio is run by Karolina, a wonderful and very funny Canadian lady. I have had private and group classes with her, and I feel like I have found my core. If you are looking for a welcoming place for all skill levels (and I am an absolute beginner) look no further.

Nun behalte diese positive Erfahrung um mein Pilates Zukunft weiter zu bauen Während die Reformer Unterrichten bei Karolina als Kundin habe ich mich wohl gefühlt, ich mag wenn jemand mich korrigiert und push zu verbessern. Man kommt richtig in schwitzen! Was ich sehr positiv finde ist der niedrige Teilnehmer Nummer pro Unterricht (max 4 Personen). Man hat ein besserer Überblick auf jeder Teilnehmer.

Ich besuche in Höngg regelmässig das Wall Pilates und war nach der Geburt für die Rückbildung bei Karolina in Einzelstunden. Die Kursanbieter:innen sind sehr kompetent, nehmen sich Zeit für Fragen und beachten die persönlichen körperlichen Voraussetzungen sehr genau. Hier kriegt man nicht einfach ein Angebot ab der Stange, sondern viel Erfahrung und Herzblut. Ich fühle mich immer sehr gut betreut und motiviert "durchzubeissen", wenns anstrengender wird. "Vo nüt chunt nüt" ;-).

Fantastische Erfahrung: Karolinas Studio ist mit Abstand das beste Pilate Studio in ganz Zürich. Exclusive und top Qualität. Nach meiner zweiten Schwangerschaft habe ich angefangen dort zu trainieren, nachdem nichts anderes gegen den „after“ Babybauch geholfen hat. Im Nu war dieser verschwunden und niemand glaubt mir, dass man so einen flachen Bauch (und knack popo ;-))nach zwei Kindern mit fast 40, haben kann. Jede meiner Freundinnen die auch dort angefangen haben ging es nicht anders. Karolina ist mit Abstand die beste Adresse für alle die Wert darauf legen mit einem absoluten Profi vom Fach zu trainieren.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I started postnatal pilates with Karolina over a year ago. I had never tried Pilates before. After my first session, I left feeling taller and more upright. Getting back into regular exercise after baby no 2 was more of a challenge. Luckily I was able to bring my young son along, I never had an excuse to miss a session. Karolina is professional, a mistress of her field and funny! Her classes are effective, invigorating and fun. What's not to like?

The program was exactly what I was looking for: it was intensive and gentle at the same time, it gave us time to gradually adapt, the topics were logically aligned and the physical part was not so painful because of the intelligently designed theory supply. Main lessons learned: how do asanas treat our organs? Why visceral Pre-Yoga is a key? Why certain asanas must evolve from anatomic point of view? Not mentioning the program's emphasis on the importance of pelvic floor exercises (especially for women) while practicing yoga. KarolinaJi, you coincidentally gave me the missing puzzle pieces.
