Fantastische Erfahrung: Recommend! I have been going to this studio close to two years now and the quality of teaching is unmatched. Tamara, the owner, is a Second Generation Pilates Teacher so you actually receive a workout tailored to your body and your areas of improvement. The groups are max 4, allowing you to receive a very personalized experience by a true professional. It’s the only studio in Switzerland to my knowledge that has the Garuda apparatus - the most advanced machines in Pilates. Hands down the best studio in town!

I hope all is well with you and you ha d a wonderful winter break. As promised, here is my testimonial: Tamara has been an instrumental part of gaining relief from my chronic back pain. I have had back pain since I was a teenager sometimes to the point of not being able to get out of bed. I found Tamara after my husband insisted I pick up a sport for general movement, but never expected the benefits that came along with Pilates, but most of all, Tamara herself, who is exceptionally trained, and certified in several other specialized body treatments such as (*please insert the correct terminology here for you; Garuda and?*). She is highly professional and tailors her class to your needs. I cannot recommend her enough, but must also highlight that your personal consistency is key to recovery, (sporadic classes will not yield desired results). If you are looking for a studio in Geneva, with a caring, trained and incredible teacher, this is the place for you- it certainly was for me, and am so grateful I took that first step.
