Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe durch La Briece das ursprüngliche Pilates am Reformer und an den anderen Geräten kennengelernt. Ich war beeindruckt, wie schnell sich meine Kraft und Beweglichkeit steigerten. La Briece stellt für mich mit ihrer Expertise die ideale Pilates Trainerin dar. Sie vereint Präzision, Feinfühligkeit und Humor auf die bestmögliche Weise. Jede Stunde ist ein Erlebnis und eine Reise in ungeahnte Sphären meiner körperlichen Agilität!
