Fantastisches Erlebnis: I absolutely love the YIN & Restorative Yoga class with Antonella at Shanti Yoga Club. As my first experience with Yin Yoga, her Monday evening sessions have been an amazing and relaxing way to start the week, balancing energy and releasing tension. Each class is devoted to a specific topic or emotion that we learn to live with and accept, making the experience deeply meaningful. The ambiance is perfect with the gentle glow of candles and the soothing recitations of poems, which create a serene atmosphere. Antonella's teaching style is incredibly calming and supportive, helping us find balance in standing still and truly immerse ourselves in the practice. It's the perfect way to start the week with a sense of peace and rejuvenation. Highly recommend!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Probably the space with best energy in Geneve. Tried few others, but this is the only one where I feel truly in peace, independently of the class. I particularly love gong with Kallia (and her kundalini classes) and Yoga with Antonella. Classes with Antonella revitalize the body and soul, feeling it in my sleep that same night :) without a big effort I also feel the benefits in my muscles the day after. My mondays evenings became my favourite week day because of the class.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I attend the yoga classes of Naima at Shanti. Naina is one of the best yoga teachers i have ever followed as she understands and teaches that yoga goes far beyond just the physical asanas and is able to bring that energy to her classes. Furthemore shanti is a great space made of lovely people (both teachers and students) who they themselves make the space so unique and beautiful. Thank you shanti and thank you Naina for this great gift!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Cosy yoga studio, great location. Very good teachers for all levels, really interesting events and workshops as well. If you're looking for dedicated yoga teachers, look ni further!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: J'ai connu Simone travers les cours de Yoga kids à l'époque. Elle est une magnifique prof de Yoga avec beaucoup de connaissances et d'expérience. Sa classe de Yoga est toujours joyeuse, mais il y a la paix. Moi personnellement je recommande aussi la séance de coaching de Simone. J'ai eu plusieurs séances et aussi les séances intensif en group. Ma vie a été complément transformée. C'est un changement silencieux, mais radical. Tout comme une fleur supporte le froid rigoureux de l’hiver et se prépare à fleurir au printemps. Simone est une personne serieuse et joyeuse et fidélle. Pour être un prof de coaching il faut ces profil, car on devrait avoir un confiance profond au prof pour avancer en séances de Coaching. Je remercie profondément à Simone et ma chance de la connaître ! Maintenant mes enfants sont grandes et elles aussi font des séances de Coaching avec Simone. Merci Simone

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Mon club de yoga préféré ! Très accueillant, bien équipé et avec des profs incroyables. Le lieu est très beau et cozy et l'ambiance est parfaite pour pratiquer du yoga.
