Positive Erfahrung: The on-site trainers are enthusiastic and helpful. The studio is on the small side, but I appreciate the calm atmosphere. The majority of the audience trains calmly and disciplined, very rarely do you meet a poser. Free parking for 1.5 hours. One point each for devices that no longer run smoothly, brackets that are defective or devices that have been marked as defective for many days and for the half-open cubicles in the shower room. Call me uptight, but a curtain or a single closed cubicle, for people who like to shower privately for religious or other reasons, should already be included in today's diversity discussion.

The endurance machines are a bit older and there are no joint-friendly elliptical trainers. 2. Positive Erfahrung: I used the summer promotion 30 days for 30 CHF and train early in the morning or shortly after noon. Most are then only up to max. 10 more people on training and there are no waiting times on the devices. Clean changing room, pleasant climate, friendly team, with Chris an extremely competent coach, but also the others do their job very well. It is a pity that most of the trainers are armed with a cell phone and a headset and that they hardly get in touch with others. But you can really train here in peace with pleasant music.
