Fantastische Erfahrung: Im letzten Moment gebucht und ich würde sagen ... perfekt, super !!! Hervorragende Gastfreundschaft des Personals, schönes Zimmer, einfache, sehr saubere, sehr geräumige Dusche. Nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Alles sehr hell, lässt dich gut fühlen. Relaxationsbereich im Freien sehr empfohlen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Das Passage Hotel bietet in nächster Umgebung der Basler Altstadt eine weisse Oase der Ruhe und Erholung. Das Designhotel setzt auf gehobene und trotzdem bodenständige Gestaltung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Fantastische Erfahrung: Sehr stylisches Hotel, das auch im achten Jahr noch wie neu wirkt (also gut gepflegt). 5 Minuten zum Barfüsserplatz, wo viele Straßenbahn halten (30er- Bushaltestelle zum SBB im nächsten Block), also sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. In Basel bekommen alle Hotel Gäste die Basis Strich Kart mit kostenlosen ÖPNV und halbe Museumseintritt (inklusive Flughafenbus): super! Die Rezeption hat gerne bei allen Fragen freundlich weiter. Sauna ist inkludiert (Bademantel und Latschen Sauna fahren) und so zu zweit gerne für eine halbe Stunde exklusiv reserviert. Frühstück mit viel leckerer Auswahl, am Wochenende in drei Zeitfenstern. Gutes Brot! Sehr leckeres Rührei und ständig wird alles nachgelegt. Einzig die NESPRESSO-Maschine ist eine Umweltsauerei und nicht (mehr) zeitgemäß. Die Bilder geben Hotel absolut realistisch wider: Sehr zu empfehlen!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Sehr schönes Hotel, wer Design liebt wird sich hier besonders gut aufgehoben fühlen! Sehr ruhig, zentral gelegen ob nun Buisness-Aufenthalt oder Kurzurlaub, schöner Innenhof.

Positive Erfahrung: Eigentlich' ein sehr schönes, neues und stylisches Hotel, große, moderne Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Nespressomaschine, großzügiges Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Top Lage: Öffentliches Parkhaus in 100 m Entfernung mit Eingang in der Unterführung, 5 min Fußweg zur Altstadt und den Lokalen. Nette Rezeption. Parkplatzsuche außerhalb des Parkhauses ist sinnlos, es gibt keine. Zum Ausladen kann man aber gut vors Hotel fahren, blockiert aber damit die Durchfahrt und muss gleich wieder weg, hier hätte man den Weg breiter machen können. Aber: wir hatten über einen Drittanbieter mit Frühstück gebucht, bekamen vorher noch Mails mit Upgrade Optionen (z. B. Frühstück), die wir natürlich nicht benötigten, wurden dann bei Ankunft informiert, dass es kein Frühstück gibt, dafür ein Zimmerupgrade und Preisreduktion um den Frühstückspreis. Darüberhinaus war die Toilette nicht gereinigt. Beides ärgerlich! Empfehlenswertes Hotel, aktuell wenig Service und nicht ohne Grund preiswert, aber wohl Probleme mit dem Reinigungspersonal und der Kommunikation bei Buchung über Drittanbieter und Werbemails mit Frühstücksangeboten die es nicht gibt sind mega unprofessionell.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Das Hotel ist fabelhaft, wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Eingang zum Parkhaus liegt vor der Tür, die Stadt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, die Zimmer (wir hatten ein Luxe) sind gross, hell, modern und sauber. Das Bett super, das Frühstück grosszügig und lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die BaselCard, die es in Basel bei allen Hotels immer ab 1 Übernachtung dazu gibt, ist noch das Sahnehäubchen obendrauf! Ein rundum gelungenes Städteweekend in Basel. Es gibt keinen auch nur klitzekleinen Negativpunkt.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Nice new hotel centrally located not far from the center. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel although no breakfast was served due to swiss covid rules. Luckily around the hotel there are various bakeries as well a coop express shop that allow to take away fresh bread and coffee. The hotel is closed at night but there is a night entrance for guests to enter the hotel after business hours. The rooms are clean and well maintained, but not very large. As the room was rather cold we were provided with a heater by reception. The reception staff was nice and friendly and gave suggestions for breakfast etc. The hotel has no parking, but close by there is a public parking that costs about chf for 24 hrs. We did not use the car, but instead made full use of the free public transport card that is provided by the hotel. Good value for money offer. We will stay here again.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ik had me zelf 2 dagen vergist en was al gebeld door het hotel wat ik niet goed snapte. Uiteindelijk kwam ik dus 2 dagen te laat voor de check in. Dit was geen probleem en ze verzetten de boeking kosteloos. Wat een super service!! Redelijk nieuw en hip hotel met aan de rand van het oude centrum. Prima kamers die door het triple glas best rustig zijn en de regendouche is onnavolgbaar goed!

Das Frühstück ist auch gut gewesen. Die zentrale Lage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Als Hotelgäste konnten wir während des Aufenthaltes auch die sehr gut getakteten öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenfrei nutzen - ein toller Service.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Sehr gutes Hotel in Basel. Frühstück war sehr gut, ruhige Zimmer mit Dusche und Klima. Es sieht alles schick aus und die Zimmer sind im sehr guten Zustand. Die Rezeptionisten sind alle freundlich gewesen. Man kann Fitness und Trockensauna benützen. Die BaselCard bekommt man dazu, damit kann man ÖV in Basel kostenlos benützen und bekommt bei einigen Kooperationspartnern Rabatt. Nur 1 Bushaltestelle vom SBB Bahnhof oder auch badischer Bahnhof entfernt einige Minuten (Linie 30, alle paar Minuten).

Fantastische Erfahrung: Weekend at Le Passage with 3 kids in a Loft room: Fantastic hotel located in the center of Basel, literally able to walk within a minute to the historic center. Restaurants, cafés and shopping less than 2 minutes by foot. The zoo is a 10 minute walk away. A large parking garage is located right next to the hotel. The Lofts are great for families with children. With 3 kids we had a beautiful room on 2 floors with an amazing roof top terrace looking out over the city. A kitchen with fridge and coffee machine was welcome. Baby cot was ready upon our arrival. Breakfast in the hotel was convenient, a nice selection of quality products. Staff were very friendly and helpful, will definitely return!

Positive Erfahrung: Nice hotel with just one bus stop away from station. Walkable distance too. The rating is to reflect how their reservation system failed. I made the reservation through the hotel website in June for my stay in November. Few days before checkin, they email me saying my final night is cancel due to informatics problem. Last minute cancel on my stay is not acceptable when all the surrounding hotels are fully booked. They compensate for upgrade my room only after I made the call and clarify on the situation. They just sent an email mentioning they can’t accommodate for the final night of my stay. The staff on the phone and at the hotel are nice and friendly.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Albergo a 200 metri dal centro città, camere pulite e disposte bene, i dati forniti dalla struttura corrispondono. Personale educato e disponibile a dare informazioni. La colazione e variata e buona per iniziare una nuova giornata. Viene consegnata la cartina della città e il pass per utilizzare i mezzi pubblici. Posteggio pubblico a 50 metri e costa 25.- al giorno corretto per la zona.

It's perfect for solo travelers who want to be in walking distance of the city center and near the train station (about 10 minute walk). The breakfast was also very lovely so I totally recommend staying here if you're in Basel!

Positive Erfahrung: So sah er aus unser Blick auf die Stadt in Basel. Gute Lage, freundlicher Service und auch nettes frühstück. Aber die Zimmer lohnen sich nicht, auch das preis leistungsverhältnis ist an anderen Orten in Basel besser.

Fantastische Erfahrung: An excellent boutique hotel. The rooms are nicely presented, good lighting, very clean, super comfy beds, lots of TV channels and setup with useful touches like USB docks for iPhones. The bathroom and showers are excellent, clean and well maintained. The staff that we met were very helpful and dealt with all our queries. The Gym is excellent, well equipped and nicely laid out. Breakfast is a little on the expensive side, but there is a good choice of foods. The only 'minor' issue is the location. The hotel itself is very well situated to gain access to the town, however being near the hospital you can get awoken by passing ambulances if you are 'streetside', the soundproofing could be improved..but this is really a minor issue...so dont let it put you off staying at this hotel. Overall highly recommended you wont regret the choice.

Fantastische Erfahrung: My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights at the Passage Hotel during our visit to Basel. The location is amazing - it's located right at the edge of the city center with underground parking nearby and really easily accessibility to all of the main tourist sites. The hotel itself is quite modern with a unique Interior Design and plenty of options for relaxing or seating if you don't feel like hanging out in the room. The room that we had came with a quiet Courtyard view and was surprisingly spacious considering some of the smaller rooms that we had during our visit to Switzerland. There was a large and comfortable bed right in the center of the room, a spacious workspace area, a seating area with a coffee table, and a large entrance area. The bathroom was also quite spacious, modern, and it came equipped with both a bathtub and shower so there are some options when it comes to your bathing choices. All the amenities that you would need are provided and the bathroom is very well equipped for a short-term stay in the city. I found that the wifi worked quite well and the high ceilings along with the large window let in plenty of natural light during the day. Breakfast was served on the main level each morning and the Breakfast came with a decent selection of items so that there's no need to grab something else nearby until lunch or dinner. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at the Passage Hotel if you're visiting Basel and looking for something modern with comfortable rooms and great service.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Sehr angenehme Aufenthalt in einem kleinen aber feinen Hotel mit erschwingliche Preise. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber, der Schreibtisch war dagegen etwas zu klein. Das Fitnessstudio und die Sauna waren neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebraucht, daher kann ich es nicht beurteilen, es sah aber überschaubar aus.

Positive Erfahrung: cozy,clean and nice location. they also provide a free transportation pass.. receptionists are very professional and nice.. the only issue was with the TV in the room.. it wasn't not possible to cast any devices to watch a movie or something.. but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Chambre spacieuse et moderne grande salle de bain avec douche pluie splendide et propre...Salle de sport à disposition ouvert de 6'00 -22'00 avec tout les machines entretenue et pour faire travailler tout type de muscles Des linges, des peignoirs des pommes et un sauna sont à disposition dans environnement calme et propre. Je recommande Hôtel car il est à côté du marché de Noël et du centre ville. Seul problème parking à proximité payent. Nous avons aimé notre séjour à Bâle..Surment à l'année prochaine.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Absolut zu empfehlen!!! Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet mit sehr modernem Zubehör und auch das Interieur war sehr geschmackvoll und sauber. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr modern gestaltet mit super freundlichem Personal!! Der Fitness - Raum war mit neusten Geräten ausgestattet und auch die Sauna ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Alles in Allem ein rund um sehr gelunges Hotel mit nichts zu bemängeln. Direkte Nähe zur Baseler Innenstadt (zu Fuß 2 Minuten) somit völlig zurecht 5/5 Sternen

Positive Erfahrung: Toilets don't ventilate. No drainage for water outside of shower. The building looks ceramic white instead of a clean white finish. Luckily, it is a cheap 4 star located near Basel city centre.
