Fantastische Erfahrung: I did the online postgraduate training course at Marina. I started with insane back pain and rectus diastasis two fingers wide. I haven't been able to jog again either. I felt very immobile and heavy. The course was a lot of fun and Marina has a great way of motivating. I also took part in the summer challenge. Marina answers all questions and is very flexible in case there are uncertainties or problems. In the end, the rectus diastasis is 1 finger-width and the back pain has completely disappeared. As announced by Marina, I have found my new / old core. I can run again and have lost 10 pounds. I can only recommend the course and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Fantastische Erfahrung: If you want fun, effective training and motivating training ... this is the place for you !!! I can only recommend!!! Unfortunately I moved away and the journey there was too far (5 hours) ... which makes me very sad ... Unfortunately I still haven't found such great fitness trainers and I've moved away for 3 years !! Keep it up Fitnessbox ... I thought to myself ... I have to write this ... because I still have memories of you!

Fantastische Erfahrung: very cool fitness box! lovely people, helpful and very welcoming, clean and awesome atmosphere, you even can go for a couple of visits if you‘re here on holidays :) there are different levels, so you can push yourself as much as you want. I highly recommend this place!
