Fantastische Erfahrung: I dropped in for 3 days while in Lucerne and had a wonderful experience. I was immediately welcomed and felt like I was part of the gang for years. The coaches are present, articulate and engaged. The box is spacious, wonderful ,and well equipped. 10/10 would WOD again

Fantastische Erfahrung: We have been working out at CFZ for almost two years. Since we travel often we had the pleasure of working out at more than fifty boxes in many different countries and we often reviewed the boxes we visited. So it is just fair to also review our home box: CFZ is a top box and does not have to shy from comparison from anything we have seen. Great and motivated coaches, an exciting and challenging programming that allows you to progress, well maintained equipment and box, many classes from early in the morning until the evening, 24/7 open gym as a member, and last but not least an amazing community. Highly recommended

Fantastische Erfahrung: Spacious gym, were CF classes and open gym can happen at the same time. Very well equipped, great coaches that pay attention to everyone in the class, approach you with recommendations for improvement, they speak not only German but also English, which is very very helpful for someone that doesn’t master German at all or is a beginner. Programming is also very good and diverse. Overall, this is a Gym I recommend with all my heart

Fantastische Erfahrung: The coach was very enthusiastic and also gave me skill feedback during the class, which is very good! The music was perfect and the ambience was relaxed and every one (members and staff) was welcoming and kind! Love to see places where people smile and laugh :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: I tried the Gymnastics course and I found it very interesting for 3 reasons: 1. the exercises are not standard (at least for me: I have never trained with rings and ropes) 2. it's funny, I have never climbed a rope and it was really cool! 3. you develop the technique for the exercises and this allows you to train without compromise joints. So 5 starts for CFZ!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Good workout, good vibes. Clear explanation of the workouts. controlling and correcting moves and make suggestions on the appropriate weights adjusted to level of skills and strength. Everyone is super friendly and motivating. Much appreciated, keep up the great work

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great workouts, absolutely loved it from the first second I tried a class a crossfit Zug. The coaches are amazing and explain the exercises and make sure your technique is good to execute the movements safely. They are always willing to help when I have questions, are very kind, friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend to give Crossfit Zug a try, it is fun, motivating and I always look forward to each class!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great gym. It has a lot of space and equipment, the coaching staff is highly experienced and the atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend this to anyone, whether you are a beginner or fitness enthusiast.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Best CrossFit Box I know in Europa, have been around a dozen, so not a lot, but this one here is by far the best I‘ve experienced. They really make sure you get the correct technique so you develop constantly and safe, results guaranteed.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Tolle Trainer, großartige Trainingseinheiten und eine gute Gemeinschaft. Wechselveranstaltungen und Klassen (Gewichthebenseminar, Krafttraining, Bootcamp usw.) runden das Angebot perfekt ab. Die Ausrüstung ist auch in gutem Zustand und wird ständig ersetzt oder neu gekauft. Ich bin seit ein paar Jahren Mitglied und würde niemals wechseln. Mach weiter!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Wenn Sie CrossFit lieben, ist dies der Ort, an dem Sie Zuug gehen können. Zwei über andere wertvolle Elemente: Das Team ist extrem professionell und freundlich und die Box -Atmosphäre ist einfach und vertraut. Ich bin kein super fortgeschrittenes Crossfitter, aber ich bin überzeugt, dass das Training für Pros auch superlativ ist. Mach weiter so, Leute!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Diese Community ist so einladend und freundlich wie sie. Die Trainer sind sachkundig, aufmerksam und fürsorglich. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre unter den Mitgliedern ist eine Ermutigung und Leidenschaft für den Sport. Als ich hierher kam, wurde ich mit offenen Armen begrüßt. Die Programmierung der Klassen in allen Ebenen konzentriert sich auf die allgemeine körperliche Vorbereitung, aber es gibt spezielle Klassen für fortschrittliche CrossFitters. Plus Open -Fitness -Zeit in fast jeder Klasse. Es fällt mir als keinen Unfall an, dass diese Box so lange wie sie ist und für mich ein zweites Zuhause geworden ist.
