Situé en plein cœur de Zoug, à un pas de la gare principale, Absolut Balance est le premier studio de fitness Pilates professionnel du canton de Zoug, ouvert depuis 2005. Dans un espace luxueux, spacieux et baigné de lumière naturelle, ce studio haut de gamme se distingue par une atmosphère apaisante et une technologie de pointe. Doté d'installations complètes (vestiaires, douches, climatisation), il offre un sanctuaire idéal pour se détendre et se concentrer sur la connexion corps-esprit.

Notre philosophie repose sur quatre piliers complémentaires : le Pilates Reformer pour la stabilité et l'alignement, le Pilates au sol pour un renforcement doux mais efficace, le PortDeBras inspiré du ballet pour affiner la posture et l'élégance, et le Body Barre pour dynamiser la cardio et tonifier les muscles. Chaque méthode est enseignée avec une attention particulière à la respiration et au mouvement contrôlé.

Pour garantir un accompagnement personnalisé, chaque nouveau membre commence par une séance d'introduction individuelle (1-contre-1). Cette session permet d'évaluer la posture, le niveau de forme et de définir des objectifs spécifiques. Nous proposons également une large gamme d'offres, allant des cours privés aux cours en groupe, avec ou sans abonnement, afin de s'adapter à vos besoins et à votre rythme.
