Esperienza fantastica: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, ich gehe immer wieder gerne in dieses Fitnessstudio, weil die Mitarbeitenden mit ihrer positiven Art gute Laune verbreiten. Besonders gefällt mir die Aussicht von den Ausdauergeräten auf die Langstrasse, einfach fantastisch. Auch die Ausstattung überzeugt: Es gibt eine Sauna, ein Dampfbad und alle Geräte sind in einwandfreiem Zustand.

Esperienza negativa: Ich besuche die Fittnes an diesem Standort seit 4 Jahren. Sie waren immer freundlich, aber heute hatte ich eine schlechte Erfahrung mit einer Frau, die hier arbeitet. Ich habe mein Armband und mein Schloss zu Hause vergessen. Als ich um Hilfe gebeten habe, hat man mir nicht geholfen. Sie sagte mir arrogant, dass ich mein Haus nicht betreten kann, wenn ich meine Schlüssel vergessen habe, und dass es dort genauso ist. Aber wer ist sie, dass sie mir Dinge zeigt! Auch sie hat mich reingelassen, aber als Gefälligkeit kann sie zu rein gehen, und mit dem Vorhängeschloss sagte sie, sie könne nichts machen, ich müsse !!!! kaufen. Ich verstehe den geschäftlichen Teil, aber es gibt Arten zum infomationen geben.mi frust ginge zu andere fittnes center im Zentral, wo ich wurde sehr gut behandel und auch informiert ,der neuen regeln über den schloss. Ohne respekt,und Arroganz, leider passieren solche situationen. Der gescĥãfts Führer is ein sehr kompetent person, aber sein Personal nicht!! Zum Glück nicht allen ausser diese Dame .

Esperienza fantastica: Ursprünglich bin ich in dieses Gym, weil es gut gelegen ist. Mittlerweile schätze ich insbesondere die guten Trainer. Besonderer Dank geht an Mathias. Seine Begeisterung für den Sport, sein grosses Fachwissen uns vor allem seine motivierende Art haben mir geholfen im ersten halben Jahr dranzubleiben und Fortschritte zu erzielen, die ich nicht für möglich gehalten hätte. Einfach super!

Esperienza negativa: Super convenient location, which is why I registered. However, I am not blind to its poor hygiene, old equipment in moderate condition, improvable cleanliness. There are also too many machines in too little space. So this place is my plan C when I am really not able to go to another one in the network. This gym is begging for a serious renovation. Please clean better now and renovate soon!

I specifically want to highlight one instructor and her class: Lately, I’ve taken the bodycombat classes of Sara D. and let me tell you, I’ve never met such a great instructor like Sara D. She is fantastic in how she teaches the moves, motivates you throughout, always has a smile on her face and shows modifications for beginner levels, as well as for advanced levels. She is super punctual, engages with everyone one way or another, is super energetic as well as calming, because she’s focused and delivers 100%. I always leave the class energized, happy and feeling stronger. Thank you, Sara.

Esperienza negativa: Kundenservice: Es scheint, als wolle man einem nur etwas verkaufen. Ich hatte mein Schloss vergessen, und mir wurde angeboten, ein neues für 10 Franken zu kaufen. Studio: Kleines Studio. In anderen Studios bin ich zufrieden. Wenn Migros Activ Fitness jedoch seine Strategie so ändert, dass man viel bezahlt und wenig Service bekommt, verliert es den Vorteil gegenüber der Konkurrenz. Zumal es auch Schließfächer mit digitaler Lösung gibt. In dieser Filiale sind die Schließfächer sogar defekt.

Esperienza negativa: Since one year they promise to repair the sauna... All we get is empty promises. It seems that they have no intention of repairing the sauna. Really disappointing! It's not the team's fault. The team at this location is courteous and friendly.

Esperienza negativa: Bei Vertragsabschluss wurden falsche Angaben gemacht. Ich kann ActivFitness absolut nicht empfehlen. Viel zu teuer für das Angebot.

Esperienza positiva: Leider keine Klimmzugstange und auch keine Hammer Strength Maschinen wie in anderen Activ Fitness Fillialen. Auch sonst fehlen mir einige Maschinen (bspw. Seated Calf, oder lateral Raises für die Schultern). Auch hat es wenig Auswahl bei Griffen für den Kabelzug. Es hat schon das nötigste, aber mehr nicht. Das Activ Stauffacher ist wesentlich besser ausgestattet. Zudem kann man die Kästchen nicht mit dem Badge abschliessen und es ist enorm heiss.

Esperienza fantastica: The central location of the gym is great, but what I liked the most is the attention. The team of trainers is very nice, especially a woman called Carolina. She made the perfect training plan for me but PLUS her motivational attitude made me understand that there's nothing I can't achieve --> consequently for the first time in years and years of feeling insecure about my body I can say that I got to the point of feeling happy with it.

Esperienza negativa: I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the canceled ZUMBA classes of Paola, our dedicated instructor. Her classes immediately became the highlight of my week after attending the first session thanks to her enthusiasm, energy and genuine care for her students. It feels unfair that such a loyal and exceptional employee should be treated in this way based on a single review. At this point I would also like to emphasize that Julia Ojeda's review comment (AF Horgen) is not true. I urge AF to reconsider their decision and treat their employees with fair recognition in the professional world in exchange for their loyal support and exceptional service.

Esperienza negativa: The only plus is just location. Stuff can be rude and unprofessional. There are dirty changing rooms, stinky showers, not functional sauna, equipment is extremely old, the amount of it is not sufficient, the gym is itself old, far away of appropriate, no watches on the walls.

Esperienza fantastica: Das Studio ist klein, aber fein und befindet sich in einer grossartigen Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets hochmotiviert, und es macht immer Freude, dort zu trainieren!

Esperienza negativa: Personal ist nett und die Location ist gut. Jedoch ist das Fitnessstudio relativ in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist alles sehr eng und abgenutzt. Die Die Garderobe wird schon fast etwas schmuddelig, weil es so alt ist. Auch das Parkett, die Schliessfächer, die Geräte etc. sind extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis muss ich sagen, ist es das Abo nicht wert.

Esperienza negativa: Let‘s start off with the positive things. It‘s very centrally located 5-10 minutes away from Zürich main station. That‘s about it. The locker room has a very bad scent and the equipment in the gym is very old. The rooms really need renovating. I don‘t mind old facilities but this here is just unacceptable. This place should be shut down in my opinion until it‘s been cleaned and renovated. Anyone thinking about coming here, don‘t. If you need more persuasion, I can tell you the showers only have freezing cold water, the hot water just drips out drop by drop no chance to have a decent shower. There are plenty Activ Fitness around Zürich that are so much better than this one.

Esperienza positiva: Ich bin schon länger Kunde bei Activ Fitness und ging früher ins Stauffacher Studio. Nach einem Umzug ist The Docks nun für mich das nächstgelegene Activ Fitness Studio. Ich muss sagen, dass The Docks nicht ganz den Standard von anderen Activ Fitness Studios erfüllt. Die Lage ist super und das Personal ist auch aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Doch leider sind die Einrichtungen und teilweise das Equipment schon sehr abgenutzt. Insbesondere die enge Garderobe mit kaputten, klapprigen Schliessfächern ist ein No-Go und muss erneuert werden, vielleicht mit einem neuen Layout, damit man etwas mehr Platz hat. Bei der Einhaltung der Hausordnung wird auch mal ein Auge zugedrückt und wird nicht so kontrolliert wie z.B. beim Stauffacher Studio. Grundsätzlich ist zum Trainieren alles da, aber so richtig wohl fühlt man sich dabei nicht. Eigentlich eher 2.5*

Esperienza positiva: Conosco lo studio da Silhouette Times. Molto è migliorato da allora (ad esempio igiene, condizione dell'attrezzatura, ecc.). Ad oggi, è sorprendente per me che non ci sia ventilazione in palestra. Dalle temperature esterne di 20 ° con il sole diventa tropicale e caldo in palestra. Quindi devi essere in grado di annusare bene. La posizione è ottima e anche il personale. Sempre molto bello. Nel mezzo, tuttavia, il MAS non è disponibile per periodi più lunghi. Gli ospiti normali hanno la sensazione che la palestra appartenga a loro e talvolta i loro asciugamani per riempire l'attrezzatura senza addestrarsi effettivamente. Come alcune persone sono lettini del sole nel Beach Hotel. A nessuno importa. Chiunque ami fare la doccia come nell'esercito o in prigione si divertirà qui. Faccio sempre la doccia a casa ...

Esperienza negativa: Preise sind erschwinglich, Personal ist nicht immer freundlich. Immer genau die AGB lesen.

Esperienza negativa: Studio ist sehr eng und die Dusche sowie die Garderobe riechen sehr streng. Ausserdem musste ich 15min am Empfang warten bis man mich endlich bedient hat. Das Studio ist leider nicht zu empfehlen und ich werde in Zukunft eher nicht mehr dorthin gehen sondern ein Activ Fitness besuchen welches weiter weg ist.

Esperienza negativa: Ich wollte mit einer Freundin am Tosox - Kurs teilnehmen. Wir haben uns online für den Kurs angemeldet, da man sich wegen COVID-19 momentan so anmelden muss. Dies finde ich sehr gut und vorbildlich in der jetzigen Situation. Nur wurden ca. 18-20 Personen zugelassen, für diesen kleinen Raum und das noch im Hochsommer, waren wir definitiv (schon ohne Covid19 Situation), zu viele Personen im Kurs. Man bekam fast keine Luft. Würde man die Kurse beschränken auf ma 8 Personen (der räum ist nicht Gross) würde ich wieder kommen, aber so leider nicht.

Esperienza negativa: Leider nicht gut, schade wäre gleich um die Ecke...hab mein Geld schon dort liegen lassen ein sehr unfreundliches Team.

Esperienza negativa: Die Lage wäre eigentlich perfekt gewesen. Allerdings hat der damalige Inhaber meinen Probetermin vergessen und weigerte sich dann, mir die Probelektion zu geben. Auf meine Frage, ob er mir zumindest das Studio zeigen könnte, meinte er, dass das nur ginge, wenn ich das Abo gleich jetzt bar bezahlen würde. Selbstverständlich habe ich das nicht gemacht und bin gegangen. Als er dann zwei Stunden später anrief und sich entschuldigte, weil er den Termin jetzt doch im Kalender gefunden hätte, hatte ich bereits bei einem anderen Fitness-Studio einen Termin gemacht. Da bin ich dann auch über zwei Jahre geblieben.

Esperienza positiva: Il rapporto prezzo-prestazione è corretto quando si tratta di locali e attrezzature. Un po 'più di diversificazione nelle attrezzature di addestramento sarebbe bello. Tuttavia, penso che il servizio fornito da alcuni dipendenti sia inadeguato. Negli studi di attività originali in città, i dipendenti sono cordiali, attenti e disponibili. Mentre negli ex Silhouette Studios nel Distretto 4 e 5, alcuni dipendenti sono spesso di cattivo umore, ostili e talvolta timidi. Peccato.

Esperienza positiva: Positivo: buona posizione, personale amichevole negativo: dispositivi obsoleti, manubri e piastre di peso - L'intero studio fa una sporca impressione di ciò che ha a che fare di più con l'infrastruttura obsoleta che con la pulizia effettiva: la gestione deve davvero rinnovare questo studio.

Esperienza fantastica: Palestra gestibile con un'ottima vista, personale molto cordiale, camere pulite e sempre ben ventilate. Sei sempre il benvenuto qui ed è divertente allenarti, grazie !!

Esperienza negativa: Seit der Übernahme von Silhouette Fitness - Katastrophe! Die Geräte sind wie auf den Fotos - wurde auch nichts gemacht nach der ÜBERNAHME von Activ Fitness! Noch schlimmer, mehr überflüssige Regeln, wie Kleiderordnung,.... Fachpersonal - einer unsportlicher als der Andere und aus meiner eigenen Erfahrung: Ich wurde einmal durch den Hauptmitarbeiter nach 7 Jahre Mitgliedschaft rassistisch beleidigt, seitdem nicht mehr zum Training gegangen! Nach Meldung an Hauptsitz der Fitnesskette kam nur ein dummer Kommentar, dass ich schuld bin! Halbes Jahr noch Vertrag und keine Rückerstattung! Echt Frechheit! Wer richtig trainieren möchte empfehle ich jedes andere Fitness ausser dieses!

Esperienza negativa: TL;DR: Avoid if you're looking for a good weightlifting gym The only reason why I'm going there it's because it's the easiest location for me. Otherwise the equipment is super old and sometime dangerous for the weightlifting part: - I regularly tighten some dumbbells myself because weights are moving and this is pretty bad for the wrists. - Lat pull up machine is also dying the weights are only held by one side (see photos) - Benches are very old and cracked (see photos) - Rubber on disks is falling off (see photos) - All bars are not regular olympic bars (20kg/44lb) but half sized (10kg), which means it's very uncomfortable when one loads the bar too much since the bar is way thinner. The equipment is of the brand Technogym, which isn't your regular Matrix or HammerStrength quality equipment you'd expect. The reason why they don't care about the equipment is because their main target audience are group classes or people that subscribe for a year and turns out not coming that much. But if you're looking for a serious location for weightlifting then I would recommend going somewhere else. Finally, they've been recently bought by the Activ Fitness group. Which comes with it's set of disadvantages: more restrictions on the clothes you can wear etc. Which is funny given that they don't have AC and the air flow inside the gym is terrible. This summer the inside temperatures were the same as outside but without the wind. Which means 30°C+, and you can't wear tank tops thanks to the new rules. They replaced the rubber floor that you can find in every gym with vinyl... yep. Since the benches don't have rubbers they're sliding on the vinyl easily, especially on inclined variations (eg: inclined dumbbell press)

Esperienza positiva: Ottimo personale, ma dovrebbe esserci una foglia d'acqua non solo negli spogliatoi, ma anche nella sala di allenamento.

Esperienza fantastica: Pulito e amichevole. Ha una vasta area di attrezzatura e offre anche un programma con il fitness di gruppo giornaliero. Contiene (nessun costo aggiuntivo) è una sauna finlandese una nuova sauna a vapore bagnata), entrambe disponibili separatamente nell'area degli uomini.

Esperienza positiva: Buona palestra. Mai sovraffollato. Coprendo le cabine un po 'vecchie. Nel complesso, Fitness Studio non è l'ultimo. Tutto quello che devi allenarti e non costoso.

Esperienza fantastica: Adoro i corsi di fitness qui, in particolare la forma del corpo! Il personale è molto gentile e sempre gentile. Gli insegnanti sono davvero bravi e simpatici. Non ho usato la palestra accanto a Body Pump, CXWorks e altre classi. La palestra stessa è un po 'più vecchia e obsoleta, ma è ottima per le lezioni. Le lezioni sono una miscela di inglese e tedesco, quindi a volte mi piace arrivare a un'altra lezione tedesca!

Esperienza positiva: Piccolo studio, ma un buon rapporto di prestazione di prezzo. Anche la pulizia e la cordialità vanno bene.
