Esperienza positiva: I've been enjoying working out at this gym, but I have a few notes. There are definitely too few machines—only one leg curl and one leg press. There’s also only one cable station suitable for crunches/ab work, so it gets busy quickly. The mat area is quite small and hasn’t felt very clean lately, and the locker rooms should be cleaned more often. I know this is a common issue in many gyms, but phone use on machines is also a problem—especially when there are so few machines and limited space.

Esperienza positiva: Probetraining im exklusiven und gemütlichen Stil. Das Gym hat alle Basics, die man für ein knackiges Workout braucht. Leider sind vor Ort keine Ansprechpartner oder Trainer für Rückfragen gewesen.

Esperienza positiva: An sich ein tolles Fitness. Nur ich verstehe nicht wieso Geräte entfernt werden, die sehr beliebt sind. Meist ist es sauber und aufgeräumt, man sieht aber auch schnell wenn nicht geputzt wurde -> Lüftungen. Sehr gut besucht und gut Ausgestattet, würde mir nur wünschen wenn es 24/7 offen hätte.

Esperienza fantastica: Ich möchte meine positive Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice teilen.Ich hatte das Vergnügen, mit einer super netten Person am Telefon zu sprechen,diemir alle informationen gegeben hat, die ich benötigte.Es war wirklich erfrischend, jemanden direkt erreichen zu können,besonders im Vergleich zu meiner bisherigen Erfahrung in der Stadt, wo ich eigentlich trainieren wollte. Dort habe ich trotz Mail und mehrmaligen Telefon Anrufe keine Antwort erhalten. Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Art des Mitarbeiters hat mir sehr geholfen und fühle mich jetzt viel besser informiert. Vielen Dank fur den tollen Service!

Esperienza fantastica: Really nice gym. I had a free trial day and would definitely sign up to go there long-term if I'm in Basel for long enough. Great facilities, large space, variety of equipment and split up in to different areas. The lady with the short blonde curly hair (unfortunately don't remember her name, sorry!) was really helpful and showed me around and offered a discount code for monthly and yearly membership which was nice. Definitely recommend

Esperienza negativa: Totale Täuschung. 4 Monate zu Unrecht berechnet - 296 CHF verloren. Sehr unprofessionell. Im Oktober meldete sich mein Partnerin im Fitnessstudio an, um von einer Halloween-Aktion zu profitieren, bei der zwei Monate bis Ende des Jahres angeboten wurden. An der Rezeption wurde ihr versichert, dass das Abonnement im Dezember endet und keine weitere Verpflichtung besteht. Sie nahm das Personal beim Wort - wie es in der Schweiz jeder tun würde, der Seriosität und Transparenz erwartet - und las den Vertrag nicht im Detail. Doch seit Januar werden ihr jeden Monat 74 CHF in Rechnung gestellt, ohne dass sie das Fitnessstudio auch nur ein einziges Mal benutzt hat. Gestern bemerkte sie dies und ging persönlich zu ihr, um eine Erklärung zu verlangen. Die Antwort? Sie hätte eine einmonatige Kündigungsfrist einhalten müssen, die ihr nie mitgeteilt worden sei. Und da der März bereits begonnen hat, wird dieser Monat auch nicht zurückerstattet. Mit anderen Worten: vier Monate umsonst bezahlt, 296 CHF weggeschmissen. Ich selbst bin gezwungen, diese Bewertung zu schreiben, weil das, was mit ihr passiert ist, inakzeptabel ist. Schlechte Kommunikation, null Verantwortlichkeit seitens des Fitnessstudios und kein Fünkchen Empathie oder Bereitschaft zu helfen. Ich würde ihr weniger Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte, aber die Plattform lässt mich nicht. Ich würde dieses Fitnessstudio niemandem empfehlen. Es gibt viel bessere Möglichkeiten in Basel, wo man wenigstens gut informiert und mit Respekt behandelt wird. Hier wollen sie einfach weiter Geld verlangen, wenn auch ungerechtfertigt. Eine echte Enttäuschung.

Esperienza negativa: Ich habe eine sehr negative Erfahrung mit diesem Fitnessstudio gemacht und möchte meine Situation mitteilen, damit andere darauf aufmerksam werden: -Ich meldete mich für ein Halloween-Angebot an, das zwei Monate mit 50 % Rabatt beinhaltete, nämlich November und Dezember. -Als ich mich anmeldete, wies mich der Mitarbeiter, der mich betreute, freundlich darauf hin, dass das Angebot im Dezember enden würde, wenn das Angebot ausläuft. -Seit Januar 2025 werden mir 74 CHF pro Monat für eine Dienstleistung in Rechnung gestellt, die ich überhaupt nicht in Anspruch genommen habe, da mir gesagt wurde, dass meine Mitgliedschaft im Dezember enden würde. -Ich finde heraus, dass das Fitnessstudio eine einmonatige Kündigungsfrist hat, was bedeutet, dass ich, obwohl ich beabsichtigt hatte, mein Abonnement nach dem Angebot zu kündigen, bis April weiterzahlen muss, obwohl ich die Dienstleistungen drei Monate lang nicht genutzt habe. -Ich habe versucht, mich mit ihnen in Verbindung zu setzen, um das Problem zu lösen, aber bisher habe ich keine Lösung erhalten. Kurz gesagt, ich fühle mich nicht nur durch die Unklarheit der Bedingungen betrogen, sondern ich bezahle auch für eine Dienstleistung, die ich nicht genutzt habe. Ich empfehle dieses Fitnessstudio aufgrund der mangelnden Transparenz und der fehlerhaften Handhabung von Anmeldungen und Zahlungen nicht.

Esperienza fantastica: Super Fitnesscenter, sauber, gute Austattung, nette Mitarbeitende und Klientel. Die Atmosphäre ist immer gut und es wird aktiv auf Wünsche eingegangen. Bin sehr zufrieden! Nur die Sauna fehlt. (;

Esperienza fantastica: Always a great experience - the gym is kept clean, and well maintained. It’s spacious and fairly often equipment is added or improved. All the staff I have interacted with over the years has been friendly, knowledgeable and fun - and seriously take care of the gym, beyond just “doing their job” - as if they were the owners. Highly recommend!

Esperienza negativa: Nice gym but there are regularly people on their phones, texting, on instagram... blocking the machines for ages. There aren't many machines to start with, so if someone blocks them you cannot train. I waited 15 min to use a machine and when I asked, the person still "needed" 5 min more, so I left. I wish the gym management would ban phones inside the gym or do something about these people.
