Esperienza negativa: AVOID The client service gives wrong information and they are not able to do anything, the manager is apparently the only one that can do something but he is never available. I tried to contact them since May and now we are in September and still could'nt get the support I asked for. I paid the fees and received an automatic email saying that they will send my dossier to the debt collection agency. Really inacceptable. Very unprofessional client service not competent at all. Not to mention that I got my nike shoes stolen and nothing was made, months later a staff member told me that normally they check the cameras but at that time nothing was made by the present staff.

Acctualy no Service, brocken safe box and noone there from the administration since I subscribe in August. I allready cancelled my monthly subscription in September, ending on end of October 2024. You lost many fans of your club, but me I am happy to go away as there is many gym better and cheaper than yours. And the most important thing that they are honest

Esperienza positiva: C’est une salle relativement correct mais j’ai remarqué depuis un certain temps que l’entretient des machines et du matériel laisse vraiment à désirer… c’est bien comme salle car il y a un peu moins de monde qu’ailleurs par contre dès qu’il y a quelques personnes vous constaterez qu’il manque de bancs afin de s’exercer ainsi que certaines machines très prisées qui ne sont présente qu’en un seul exemplaire… c’est une bonne salle dans l’ensemble, car pas extrêmement fréquentée mais il y a des défauts malgré tout majeurs et un entretiens du MATÉRIEL (le nettoyage est très bien)… En espérant qu’un commentaire avec (seulement) 2 étoiles soit considéré

Esperienza negativa: Avoid. Apart the scam of ‘no membership fee, cancel any time’ as you still have to pay two months, my fob/key stopped working and I could not access the gym. They did not reply to emails and to they wanted to charge me an additional 15 francs to replace the defective fob, at the top of the expensive monthly fee. There are many other gyms around, so just avoid this one. On another note, the gym seems fancy but when you actually start training in it, you realize there are loads of missing (or broken) equipment, so it is just all appearance but no substance.

Once you cancel the membership, you still have to pay TWO more months of membership! The gym uses illegimate fees to push this on unsuspecting foreigners. It says 'no cancelling fee' and 'no contract'. Well, most gyms are actually cheaper if you account for another two months of membership. Don't be scammed by these people, you're better off going to another gym and paying a little more each month. The owners clearly have zero interest in people knowing this as this is their entire business model.

Esperienza fantastica: EVO Fitness is a great fitness centre that offers everything a gym needs. The gyms are always clean and well managed. The staff and gym managers are very friendly and hard working for the members.

J'y suis allé un peu après 20h un dimanche. - Deux machines KINESIS: la première a un câble totalement détaché, rendant la machine inutilisable. Pour la seconde, ses poignées sont disloquées rendant l'utilisation instable. - Rameur: la sangle du pied est arrachée, rendant l'appareil inutilisable. - Zone poulies: il manque diverses prises, et un mousqueton était cassé - Zones de rangements anarchiques: Manquait des élastiques de tension et des fixations. On y trouve aussi des poids qui auraient dû être rangés ailleurs. - Sols: on y trouve de tout (poids, sangles, etc.).

Esperienza negativa: Evo paquis = le pire fitness de Genève. Les gens ne changent pas de chaussures malgré les consignes, ne rangent pas le matériel et les plus jeunes viennent à 2 dans le tourniquet avec un pass ou alors se refilent le pass. La totale quoi à fuir.

De plus quand vous allez dans votre espace c'est marqué prochain paiement a partir du premier du mois mais on vous débite trois jours avant comme ça si vous voulez geler votre compte un peu avant vous êtes b***é... Et sérieusement pour ce prix il y a bien mieux a Genève...

Esperienza negativa: Aucun rapport service client correcte. lisez bien entre les lignes lors de votre inscription. sinon vous avez meilleur temps d'aller dans un fitness peut-être plus cher mais au moins on ne se moque pas de vous au téléphone lorsque vous demandez des infos sur votre abonnement et vous n'auriez pas a payer d'abonnement si vous êtes blesser ou a l'hôpital. faire facturer les gens dans leurs lit d'hôpital pour une salle avec 3 machines et les coaches. a 120chf. merci pour vos pubs très sympatique on est bien fait avoir.

Paid for membership with fees around 101CHF on their website, when the transaction was done then I received an error message regarding creating an account on their site (normally I’m supposed to receive an access code for the gym or magnetic key to be able to enter). I didn’t get anything from them so I decided to contact them through email about my issue first they said they will contact me back ASAP then after three days I wrote them more emails and got no answer! Then I tried contacting their phone number but it kept on going to voice mail! After another day of trying I managed to speak to someone that gave me an access code which was valid for a week and told me they have to check with their accounting office in bern!!!! Keeping in mind I paid for a month!!! So after a week of going to the gym again today I tried contacting the gym and got no response from anyone!

Esperienza negativa: If you ever see one of their offers like 'January for Free' please do yourself a favor and ignore it unless you want to pay 69 chf regardless. My husband and I signed up for their 'December for Free' campaign while we were on holiday. Mind you we signed up in mid-December. When we got back, (and without ever setting foot inside any evo gym whatsoever) we decided to cancel our evo membership due to finding an alternative, only to realize they were still going to charge a 69 chf fee on Jan 1st (essentially charging you an extra month due to their so-called cancellation policy) Our pins remain unused, we still don't intend to step foot in evo and yet were charged 138 chf total. Besides one rude/curt email linking us to their membership policy, evo have done nothing to address how unethical this practice is. We’ll never sign up again/and will warn friends and family about the hidden terms.

Majority of people come into the gym wearing shoes from outside and bring in dirt, rain etc from the street into what is supposed to be a clean gym. Most also refuse to clean down the machines and amd to put away weights. Evo has become a day-care for adults, except no one is there to clean up for them. Emails to Evo staff and complaints in person go un responded to. Complaint box is full as it hasn't been opened in months, if not years. Soon to be a former member.
