We found family. Their dedication to continuously improving themselves in skills to help us as we train with them, is what makes them one of the top gyms we’ve ever been to. Esperienza fantastica: Greatest experiences with safely exploring your own capabilities at the Wim Hof Workshops with teacher Matthew. I can recommend the bootcamps in the mornings including breathwork, ice bath and workout to set the tone for the day. The people around and including Matthew are very welcoming and motivating and I like the mixture of people you meet. Furthermore, you can also indulge in a wonderful, relaxing massage.
