Couple of months ago before starting with Samy I was overweight, lacking self confidence and very unfit. He believed in me and my potential and helped me transform myself completely into the best version of myself. He was there for me every step of the way making sure I reach my goals even exceed them! He also taught me how to be healthy and strong regarding nutrition and exercises. Not only that the atmosphere in the gym is incredible and very motivating, also everyone in the gym is so friendly and make you feel welcomed from day 1. One of the best decisions I ever made! Esperienza fantastica: Samy designed a programme for me that completely transformed my image and confidence. His constant refinement of the programme and attention to detail had me looking in the best shape of my life. I have done a lot of training in my lifetime but nothing comes close to what Samy was able to do for me in just 8 weeks. Training aside, Samy has fantastic knowledge on nutrition and diet in which I took very seriously. Yes I did have a drink from time to time and the cheeky burger but we always adjusted the training and diet to make up for any slip ups. I keep Samy as part of my support network and attend sessions either in person or over video on a weekly basis 3-4 times a week.
