Sonja und Elio bilden sich regelmässig weiter und verbinden gekonnt die Technik von traditionellem Pilates mit den individuellen Bedürfnissen der Kunden. Das Studio ist zeitgemäss mit Graetz-Geräten eingerichtet und die Stimmung ist konzentriert und doch sehr persönlich. Esperienza fantastica: Vero Pilates is spacious, clean and equipped with Gratz Equipment. The instructors are generous, knowledgeable and adapt the method to your specific issues. You feel the lineage of Joseph Pilates with the uber instruction at Vero Pilates.

Esperienza fantastica: Excellent Pilates studio with highest quality instructors trained and teaching in the classic pilates method. Instructors were trained by Romana Kryzanowska, Jay Grimes and teams. If you are serious about real Pilates, this is one of the best studios you will find globally.

Esperienza negativa: Very Bad Experience. Aggravating back problems. Teacher not sensible to any specific needs. Aggressive pricing, had to pay 160 francs for late cancellation, as I had to cancel the lesson in the morning because of back pain. They still charged me 160 CHF as they have a 24 hours cancellation policiy! Just incredible!. Go somewhere else!
