Benvenuti al Pro Pilates Studio di Zurigo, dove portiamo oltre 20 anni di esperienza come il più grande e meglio attrezzato studio di Pilates classico. I nostri istruttori altamente qualificati insegnano esclusivamente secondo il metodo del fondatore Josef Pilates.
Ci impegniamo a rispondere alle vostre esigenze individuali. Che siate un cliente privato alla ricerca di migliorare il proprio benessere, un futuro insegnante in cerca di una piattaforma per scambiare idee, o un insegnante qualificato che cerca uno studio completamente attrezzato in cui lavorare, il nostro studio offre una vasta gamma di opportunità.
Crediamo che impegno e disciplina siano le chiavi per sbloccare il vostro potenziale. Offriamo quindi una varietà di servizi, tra cui sessioni di allenamento personale personalizzate e allenamenti di gruppo con un massimo di 4 persone per attrezzature e 8 per esercizi a terra. I nostri insegnanti provengono da diversi background per meglio supportare i vostri obiettivi e bisogni.

Esperienza fantastica: Top ausgestattetes Studio! Meine Probelektion mit Hannah war phänomenal. Sie hat mich mit den verschiedenen Trainingsgeräten vertraut gemacht und mich kompetent bei den verschiedenen Übungen betreut (sie hat eine sehr akkurate und genaue Vorgehensweise - man merkt sofort den Unterschied und sie hat stets das richtige Trainingslevel/-intensität gewählt. Habe mich durchwegs wohlgefühlt. Kann allen Hannah nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Esperienza positiva: Lovely mat Pilates class with an instructor that was attentive and focused on proper form. The studio is clean and well-equipped with props and machines, perfect for building strength and flexibility.

Esperienza fantastica: What a great experience. I’m from Brooklyn, New York where Pilates is my favorite thing to do. Being on holiday I felt like I could use a little workout and wow.
