In only 6 months with just one individual session/week I regained my weight and shape without even realising it. Serra is really competent, kind and she listen to your needs and adapts the class to your mood/day. It is a pleasure to go to Pilates and certainly she is the best workout coach I have had! Esperienza fantastica: Serra is the best teacher I have ever had. Her Pilates classes are very effective for my body. Every time after the class I feel my muscles, I'm in a good shape and have a good mood. I met Serra first in 2019 and have a feeling that I'll stay with her as long as she's teaching. Esperienza fantastica: Schönes & modernes Studio mit abwechslungsreichen Gruppenkursen (Reformer, “Arc”, Pilates Stuhl oder an der “Barre”) und tollen Einzelstunden. Es war auch als Anfänger vollkommen einfach direkt in eine Gruppe einzusteigen. Sehr zu empfehlen, Serra ist super!
