Esperienza fantastica: As someone who runs a lot and has practiced yoga and Pilates in over 5 countries, I can honestly say it’s the best place to do Pilates in Switzerland - if not in the world. All teachers are highly qualified, and very kind! The centers are fully equipped and always clean and tidy. Their motto is: “it’s not what you do, but how you do it”, and they really teach by that. You will really learn and understand the basics of breathing, your body and movements with all teachers, and develop a solid core that will allow you to move and live more enjoyably. They have private classes, semi-privates and group classes at all hours of the day. In case classes are full, there’s a waiting list you join, and they will rapidly find a way to arrange a slot for you.
