Esperienza fantastica: My body has become much stronger and my posture is better! The details (music, how clean it is and the nice atmosphere) make a difference. Its also amazing that they offer classes on the weekend (my job doesnt aloud me to find time during the week). I do it with Lucia and Inna and both are great :)

Esperienza fantastica: I take the aerial yoga class and I cannot but recommend it. The location is lovely, overlooking the Rhine. The instructor makes you feel at ease from the very beginning so I really enjoy the classes!

Esperienza fantastica: Es macht Spaß, ich gehe gerne hin und es ist ein super effektives Training, ich habe schon nach 4 Wochen 2x/Woche hingehen Komplimente von Freunden für meine Figur bekommen. Die Trainerin Sara korrigiert genau und seit ich hingehe habe ich fast keine Verspannungen im Rücken mehr.

Esperienza fantastica: Pilates Boutique is a lovely place and the classes are amazing. I can only recommend the pilates classes for anyone here.

Esperienza fantastica: The best Pilates and Barre classes in Basel!

Esperienza fantastica: Fantastic Pilates and aerial yoga class. Sara the instructor was incredibly lovely and made us feel very welcome. The conducted the class half in German half in English so that we could understand and have a sense of community. She also ensured we had appropriate form. The class was very challenging and I was sore the next day but had the added benefit of aerial yoga at the end for relaxation. A great experience and will be sure to go again when I am next in Basel!

Esperienza fantastica: Ein tolles Studio. Angenehme Atmosphäre, schöne Aussicht, tolle Musik und Sara macht das wunderbar. Sie geht gut auf die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse und Levels ein und es gelingt ihr alle abzuholen. <3
