Esperienza fantastica: I've been training with Ivana for years, and even after short or long breaks I always come back. She is great at tailoring the workouts to your needs, whether you want to push hard on strength training or relax with a stretching lesson. She has made me love the reformer and I appreciate being able to do classes with a friend.

Esperienza fantastica: Ivana est une excellente prof de pilates, les exercices sont adaptés aux besoins et capacités et on sent qu'on progresse vraiment au fil des semaines. On sent qu'elle sait parfaitement ce qu'elle fait et qu'on est entre de bonnes mains, mes douleurs dans le bas du dos sont parties. Les entraînements sont mesurés et on n'en ressort pas lessivé ou courbaturé à outrance. Elle donne des cours en anglais et en allemand.

Esperienza fantastica: I started privates with Ivana because of the upper back and neck tightness. I also never exercised on reformer before so didn’t know what to expect. It turned out to be effective and also very fun training. 2 months after I felt much better and progressed in my workouts too!

She super knowledgable about the human body, and can give you the exact exercise you need to train your weak spots, enhance posture or counteract structural weaknesses. The reformer is a fun tool and you forget how strong the exercise is, until after class when you feel your muscles ;)
