Esperienza fantastica: I started doing Bikram in 2009 and loved it right from the start. I always feel great afterwards, not only like I have just done a super tough workout but also like I have detoxified my body. Since I was a teenager, I have suffered from periodic neck problems but now, thanks to Bikram yoga, this is a very rare occurrence. My body has got considerably more flexible since I started, which is not what I thought I would be saying as I approach my fifties! For the last couple of years, I have been aiming to do two classes a week and I have noticed how much more energy I have, how much better I sleep and how much better my general health and sense of well-being are. I highly recommend this yoga to everyone whether they are experienced with yoga or not. It doesn’t matter how flexible you are, everybody’s body is different and every day is different. You just do what your own body allows you to do that day to whatever level you can. The studio in Luzern is friendly and welcoming, the teachers are highly experienced and motivated and there are lots of classes. Just come hydrated and do your best!

Esperienza fantastica: Live Long, Live Happy, Live Strong with Bikram Yoga! Yoga for athletes! 23 years ago Bikram yoga changed my life. I joined the Lucerne studio on Day 1 in 2008. I’m now 60 years old and cannot imagine my life without it. The instructors are world-class. This practice is all you need to stay fit, strong, healthy, and happy!

Esperienza fantastica: 90 minutes of complete peace & peace of mind followed by several hours (at least) of something like a "cool goddess state" post the hot yoga workout. Love it, great for body and soul, one of my happy places in Lucerne.

Esperienza negativa: 2009 wurde bei mir aufgrund massiv eingeschränkter HWS-Beweglichkeit (CT und MRI) eine schwere erosiv veränderte Arthrose atlanto-dental diagnostiziert. Nach mehreren Therapien und auf der Suche, möglichst selber aktiv etwas zu tun, fand ich via Internet das Bikram Yoga-Studio in Luzern. Ein für mich geniales Angebot: gute Teachers, sowie die optimale Raumtemperatur und -Luftfeuchtigkeit lassen die Übungen schonend und doch effektiv machen. Resultat: praktisch schmerzfrei und um vieles beweglicher. Nun ist Bikram Yoga seit bald 10 Jahren Teil meines Wohlbefndens. DANKE:-)
