Esperienza fantastica: I highly recommend Mel’s Inferno Pilates class on Monday mornings! Best workout to start the week with if you want to be challenged and feel like you’ve really given it your all.

Esperienza fantastica: I used to go to the old Bikram studio and then I found this hot yoga. I was happy to see Yogaholics didn’t have Bikram‘s name on the building like the other studio. Yogaholics is incredibly clean. The facilities seem upgraded. I really recommend the studio for Bikram lovers. Just left a class with Torsten and you can tell that he really enjoys what he does for work and it’s inspiring, and the class goes by quickly but enjoyably .

Esperienza fantastica: Fantastische Studioeinrichtungen! Timon ist einer der besten Bikram-Yogalehrer, die ich je hatte. Auch wenn ich Deutsch spreche, würde ich mir wünschen, dass die gesamte Praxis auf Englisch angeboten wird, da ich es so gewohnt bin. Ich kann dieses Studio auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Esperienza positiva: Ich hatte meine erste Hot-Pilates-Stunde und war begeistert von der intensiven und effektiven Trainingseinheit. Die Instruktorin war äusserst sympathisch und hat die Stunde professionell geleitet. Allerdings war der starke, unangenehme Geruch im Raum während des Trainings sehr störend. Besonders bei einem schweisstreibenden Training wie Hot Pilates wäre es wünschenswert, wenn verstärkt auf Hygienemassnahmen geachtet wird – beispielsweise durch eine Empfehlung, sich vor der Stunde kurz frisch zu machen. Natürlich ist es verständlich, dass man nach einem langen Arbeitstag nicht immer frisch ist, aber in diesem speziellen Kursformat sollte ein höherer Hygienestandard gelten.

Esperienza fantastica: ich habe meine erste Bikram Yoga Stunde ever hier besucht. Die 90’ Bikram Yoga Stunde bei Torsten war der Hammer: Super anstrengend aber auch rewarding am Schluss. Er ist super motivierend und liebt seinen Job und das merkt man. Ein paar kleine Tipps für jene, die auch zum ersten Mal Bikram Yoga machen (wie ich): - nehmt unbedingt neue Kleidung mit für nach der Stunde - nehmt einen Plastiksack mit für die nasse Kleidung - schminkt euch ab (oder es wird euch alles runterlaufen ) - besucht allenfalls zuerst eine 60’ Klasse, um das Feeling zu bekommen

Esperienza fantastica: I had an amazing 90-minute hot yoga class at Yogaholics Studio! The teacher’s warm welcome at the reception made me feel good from the moment I stepped in. The first set was in English and the second in Swiss German, which was great! The cool lavender-scented towel during savasana was a wonderful finishing touch. Thank you!

Esperienza fantastica: Ich bin Anfänger und sehr unbeweglich. Die ersten paar Stunden habe ich gefühlt alles falsch gemacht. Trotzdem sind die Instruktoren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Auch die Klassen sind allgemein immer nett und zuvorkommend. Mittlerweile gehe ich 1-2 Mal pro Woche und liebe es.

Esperienza fantastica: Definitely the best studio. There’s no better way to start the week than taking the IHP 7am class with lovely Mel, or popping by for a 12pm bikram yoga at lunch time. Of course you get fit but the main for me is the state of mind after the classes. Recomend it 100%

Esperienza fantastica: Mein Lieblingsyogastudio in Zürich. Neben täglichen Bikram-Klassen werden auch andere Stile unterrichtet, wie Vinyasa, Yin, Pilates, Core-Power, Kundalini, ... Mein absoluter Favorit sind aber die Bikram-Klassen. Das Studio ist professionell ausgestattet und die Lehrer*innen sind richtig gut!

Esperienza fantastica: Habe eine 90min Bikram Klasse bei Torsten besucht und bin super begeistert! Mega Instruktor mit super Anweisungen und liebevollen Tipps! Hat richtig Spass gemacht trotz der Hitze :) Kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Esperienza fantastica: If you want to know why it’s called yogaHOLICS go and test it you‘ll get addicted in no time…… Different yoga classes and now they added inferno Pilates which gives an extra kick to it My doctors ( from a Zurich hospital!!!!!) recommended to do yoga nidra to help me against chronic pain…. And guess where you can take even those classes? GENAUUUUU @yogaholics!!! Love you guys and the fact that you just around the corner from me is the icing on the cake

Esperienza fantastica: Lovely studio in Zürich, you can borrow mat, blocks and towel at the place. Joined yin yoga class yesterday evening and enjoyed it very much. Torsten is a great teacher, explains everything you need in his calm manner, the lesson is both exercise and meditation As I it was my first yin yoga class, he helped me to find the right position for full relaxation and he made me feel like a precious flower thank you very much for letting me join your practice

Esperienza fantastica: Ich schätze die humorvolle und offene Atmosphäre im Studio und man wird stets mit einem lächeln empfangen. Für mich ein wohlfühlort. Die Yogalehrer/innen sind sehr kompetent und die Klassen abwechslungsreich. Ich kann dieses Studio nur weiterempfehlen!

Esperienza fantastica: Dieses Studio ist jede Reise nach Zürich wert. Wuaw. Ich hatte 4 unglaubliche tolle Klassen im Studio bei meiner Durchreise und wurde super empfangen und betreut. Danke Torsten für diese positive Energie. Super Hitze und noch dazu circular economy. Diese Studio steht bei mir unter unbedingt empfehlenswert komme wieder❤. Danke ❤

Esperienza fantastica: Great studio and teachers. Bikram with Torsten is the best class I’ve ever been too (i’ve been doing yoga for 15 years). Bettina’s yoga flow class in 32 degree warmth is worth the annual pass.

Esperienza fantastica: Die Breathwork Sessions von Steve kann ich nur empfehlen. Absolut vertrauensvoll & magisch ✨

Esperienza positiva: Es ist zwar teuer, ich habe mich jedoch immer sehr wohl gefühlt, sowohl während als auch nach den Stunden. Manchmal (vor Corona) war es teilweise sehr voll. Ich würde eine maximale Anzahl an Teilnehmern vorschlagen. Die ohnehin schon kleinen Garderoben erscheinen mit so vielen Menschen noch kleiner. Der Unterricht an sich, die Räumlichkeiten und Yoga Lehrer sind super!!

Esperienza fantastica: Kam für einen Handstand Workshop ins Yogaholics. Das Studio ist super eingerichtet, sauber und alles ist vorhanden + eine tolle Energie. Der Workshop würde von Manola durchgeführt, sie hat das sehr professionell gemacht. Ich konnte viel lernen & hatte Spass dabei.. My journey to Handstand has begun

Esperienza fantastica: Amazing yoga studio, run by two people with the biggest hearts I have ever met. Yogaholicas is a yoga studio, but it’s more two people who have created a center dedicated to you becoming your beat you. If you are here for the Bikram, you need to know that this is THE best studio to practice in that I have ever practiced in. They do not play with the heating technology. The room has a system which is ecological and runs off the waste energy from the next building over. It maintains consistent heat and humidity, always. Imagine a bikram class where for not one second do you feel like you are going to die! It’s here. If you are here for the other yoga, it’s a joy to be able to practice other yogas in the heated rooms. The teachers are charismatic and friendly, and super knowledgable. The studio is immaculately cleaned. The equipment as well. No one works here because they do a little yoga. They also have kids yoga classes, regular events and a great selection of snacks, fresh made smoothies and yoga treasures.

Esperienza negativa: Die Stunden variieren stark bzgl. Qualität. Der Service dem Kunden gegenüber ist leider nicht gut. Bei dem Preis erwarte ich etwas anderes.

Esperienza fantastica: What a nice Studio! They have a fantastic heating system and yoga floor - for Bikram, Hatha or Vinyasa a dream to practice. The design is very pretty and could be somewhere in Maui, Byron Bay... On top of this, you can order fresh juices and smoothies after class... Yes - i will be back!
