Esperienza fantastica: I joined the open day and really enjoyed it! The studio is cute with big windows that let in lots of natural light. It’s a bit tucked away, but the peaceful atmosphere is worth finding. Depending on the teacher, classes are offered in English or German. Thank you!

Esperienza fantastica: Wir kennen Angela schon eine ganze Weile. Und durften nebst den Yogastunden im Studio auch schon 2 Yoga Retreats im Sutra House mit ihr verbringen. Der letzte Retreat fand vor 2 Wochen statt und wir zehren noch immer von der Energie, die uns der Ort, die wunderbare Gruppe, die abwechslungsreichen Yogaübungen, die Morgenmeditationen und natürlich Angela mit ihrer kompetenten und ruhigen Art gegeben hat. Ein Wochenende für Körper, Geist und Seele. Sowohl Yogastunden als auch Retreat wärmstens zu empfehlen! Danke Angi

Esperienza fantastica: Das trainieren im Younionyoga ist definitiv ein Highlight meiner Woche und meiner Freizeit. Ich habe Angela Blank im Studio des Youinonyoga vor zwei Jahren kennen gelernt und gehe mittlerweile regelmässige in ihre Yoga Klasse und erstaunlicherweise fühle ich mich, nach jeder Klasse bei ihr, immer wieder auf neue und wache Weise, habe neue Impulse erhalten für meinen physischen, mentalen und emotionalen Körper . Jede Woche sind die Inhalte der Klasse dicht und räsonieren unaufgeregt auch auf den stetigen Wechsel der Natur und unseren Themen der Zeit. Angela vermittelt einige verschiedene Praxen des Yogas auf eine entspannte Weise, die genau auf unsere Stadt und die Community passt und doch auf den Weisheit der vielen Elemente des Yogas beruhen. Man spürt dass Angela sich tief fundiertes Wissen angeeignet hat und das in direkter Praxis vermitteln kann. Was ich sehr schätze sind die Pranajama Übungen, das varierende üben von bewusster Atmung, und das absichtsvolle Tun das im Einklang mit der eigenen Köpersituation des Tages ist. Jede Asana, jede Bewegung und jede Geste sind im Einklang mit meinem eigenen System und am Ende fühle ich mich ein ganzes Stück mehr im Leben- achtsamer und bewusster. Auch wenn ich eine Verletzung mitbringe, kann ich hier sicher Yoga mache und bin gut aufgehoben, komme gestärkt und genährt wieder heraus. Die Umsetzung von Werten wie Achtsamkeit, Loving Kindness und Lebendigkeit sind mit Angelas Unterricht und Leitung des Yogastudios auf direkte authentische Weise erfahrbar. Aktuell wird deutlich, dass trotz der Virus Krise, das Younionyoga Studio weiter macht und ein sicherer Ort der Begegnung bleibt, weil immer wieder neue Anpassungen gemacht werden und eine positive Haltung auf den Alltag praktiziert wird.

Esperienza fantastica: Angela ist einfach wunderbar. Ihre Art zu unterrichten gibt mir das Gefühl von Ruhe und Beständigkeit. Das und ihre Herzlichkeit, geniesse ich immer wieder sehr.

Esperienza fantastica: Super yoga studio in a very quiet garden neighborhood. Angela is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher with many years of experience. Being a teacher myself, it was a gift to be able to receive. Her class was sprinkled with creative therapeutics which was a special treat. I left feeling calm in mind, vibrant in body- having received exactly what I needed. A holistic experience for mind & body and highly recommend for anyone visiting or living in Zurich!

Esperienza fantastica: The venue is all you need for a retreat! Both the host and teacher are helpful and of course friendly. One of the support systems that can make your retreat go well is the group, and yes, mine was awesome! :-)

Esperienza fantastica: At Younion Yoga I have discovered Restorative Yoga. Since I started I feel so much more relaxed and I really have the feeling that I am doing something for myself. I finish the class by finally reconnecting with myself, my stress is totally released and I can start my weekend in a great state of body and mind. All teachers are lovely gentle souls, the vibe in the studio is very different than anywhere else. I’ve also tried the Yin class (absolutely amazing) and the Sunday and Tuesday all level yoga sessions are more active and I very much enjoyed them too. In times like the ones we are experiencing due to corona, being able to take care of ourselves in a very safe and healthy way means a lot. In this studio I feel totally safe. To you who is reading my review, I really hope you take the time to love yourself and come practice at Younion Yoga. You will be able to feel the exact way you need to, in a very safe environment and finally take care of yourself the way we all deserve. Thanks a lot Andrea for creating this heaven on earth for us. Esperienza fantastica: Highly recommend. The restorative classes at this studio have me left floating on a cloud, relaxed, ready to take on what ever is coming at me. Cannot recommend enough!! The space has a nice gentle and cozy vibe with a pretty view and great props. Go there if you need to forget the everyday business and take a short holiday the time of a class.
