Esperienza fantastica: Paloma is an accomplished Yoga instructor. She is extremely good at adapting the class to the level of the participants, guiding each individual according to their abilities and reading the energy levels in the room. The relaxation and meditation part of the class at the end calms and re-energises. We are so lucky to have Paloma in the Val d'Anniviers. Paloma's massages are also extremely good and tailored to what you and your body need. Wish I could have them more often! I highly recommend both her Yoga classes and massages.

Esperienza fantastica: Les cours de Yoga m'apportent beaucoup, ils sont complets tant sur le côté méditatif que sportif, on se sent détendu en rentrant et le sommeil est vraiment réparateur. Je conseille vivement les cours de Paloma !
