Esperienza negativa: The studio owner sent me a text message at 9pm out of the blue, half a year after I last attended a class, insinuating rumors and trying to pull me into personal drama I had nothing to do with. This doesn't speak for other teachers there, and I have nothing bad to say about anybody else who I've met through the studio. I was looking forward to supporting new classes and teachers again, once my schedule calmed down. However, such toxicity and bad vibes from an owner are not the kind of energy I want to be exposed to, especially in a yoga setting.

Esperienza fantastica: I'm new to yoga, and my first two sessions here were brilliant. Vera managed to make everyone feel welcome and cared for, and she has a lovely calm and humorous way of encouraging even us beginners. So thank you!

Ich habe bisher sowohl die Prenatal Kurse während der Schwangerschaft als auch die Baby & You Kurse mit meiner Kleinen besucht. Ndeka ist ein professioneller yoga teacher und gleichzeitig ein so warmherziger, positiver Mensch, dass ich immer wieder gerne komme und die Kurse für mich ein Highlight in jeder Woche sind!

Esperienza fantastica: 5 stars for the studio: the attention to details, ambience and usage of essential oils is on point 5 stars for Simi: amazing class and teacher 5 stars for the ease of booking a class, being from abroad I was amazed how complicated getting the right info and booking a class seems to be at other studios The classes I attended were 75 min , proper way to really ease in, followed by full relaxation. Taught in English, with touch of German on individual level. I will be back soon, greets from Amsterdam <3

Esperienza fantastica: My yoga home & I am so happy that it exists. The trial membership lets us explore different types of classes as there are various styles and levels. I highly recommend! I walk out feeling much better about everything every time I come in for a class.
