Her voice and energy is amazing. She is extremely generous with her knowledge and love. I’m planning coming back soon to see her THANK YOU

Esperienza fantastica: Im Urlaub in Samedan schauten wir (m/w 45J.) uns nach einem Yoga Studio um. Bei Sol haben wir 90min Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga gemacht. Das Studio ist äusserst sauber, der Kontakt nach der Buchung durch Sol war prompt und sehr freundlich und die Yogastunde war fordernd im besten Sinne (wir sind keine absoluten Beginners, ein wenig Yogakenntnisse sind von Vorteil). Ein ganz gelungener letzter Abend in Samedan in der Yoga Loft! Danke Sol! Jeder Zeit wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Esperienza fantastica: Sol gestaltet ihre Stunden angenehm strukturiert mit fliessenden, ineinander übergehenden Bewegungen. Im Yogaloft kommen unterschiedliche Lernende zusammen. Mein Highlight ist der Klangschalengong zum Abschluss.

Esperienza fantastica: I want to wholeheartedly recommend the Yoga Loft Engadin studio. I went to a class at the Samedan studio that simply captivated me. Was the perfect balance between physical challenge and energetic relaxation. The Yoga Loft community was also a huge plus; I had fun and received great advice on what to do during my vacation in St. Moritz. I tried the Ashtanga and Hatha Vinyasa classes in Samedan and also attended a yoga class in St. Moritz. I will definetly be back! Thank you so much!!!

Esperienza fantastica: One of the best private yoga classes I had in my life. Sol is a very sweet (and physically intense) yoga teacher who at the end of the class does Sound Bath and Reiki so you can have a dream Savasana. Definitely my Yoga studio in St Moritz / Samedan. See you next year

Esperienza fantastica: Già dalla prima volta che sono andata da Sol ho sentito una sensazione incredibile Lo studio è bellissimo, pulito e l‘atmosfera è perfetta per fare yoga e rilassarsi. Sol è una persona fantastica, professionale e in ogni cosa ti fa sentire a casa!! Interessante anche la vasta selezione di pratiche yoga, su misura per qualsiasi persona! Dal primo giorno non ho più smesso di andare, lo consiglio a tutti.. merita molto!!

Esperienza fantastica: Rientrata in Engadina dopo 4 anni cercavo uno studio dove praticare yoga con regolarità. Mi è stato consigliato lo Yoga Loft dove sin dalla prima lezione mi sono sentita a mio agio, le lezioni di Sol sono sempre un viaggio favoloso, ben strutturate e complete. Inoltre Sol sa trasmettere bellissime energie e a fine lezione la sensazione è sempre quella di essere rigenerati.

Esperienza fantastica: I first discovered Yoga Loft Engadin in the summer of 2023. I love the atmosphere and vibe of this place, very open and welcoming. Sol and Franco are able to assess your level and challenge you while making you feel at ease at the same time. Their attention to the little things is what keeps me coming back, especially the shoulder stretch at the beginning of savasana. They offer plenty of different classes and times which is very convenient; I particularly enjoy the Ashtanga evening classes. It’s quite dynamic where new things are introduced to push yourself, if you so choose. It’s a great place to practice and I highly recommend.

I love Sol's voice and the way she teaches. You can feel that she puts a lot of effort into every single class. Sol is knowledgeable, engaging and an excellent teacher. Esperienza fantastica: The BEST place in Engadin to practice yoga. Now I consider my yoga classes as essential part of my week. Some classes are challenging but with different options to suit each people. Sol is a lovely person and honestly the best teacher I’ve ever had. She’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. Plus, she always manages to make it fun!
