Esperienza fantastica: I have been taking group classes with Ceylan for many years- she is an excellent instructor and caring individual who teaches from the heart. Her home studio is welcoming and I look forward to class with her every time. I also highly recommend her retreats which I have attended in Switzerland and Turkey. She pays close attention to the details and you feel well-looked after while looking after yourself. I have participated in a seasonal cleanse which was great- fantastic recipes were shared and participants receive a lot of support all along the way ❤️well worth the precious time and effort.

She helps women in their perimenopause and menopause journey sharing yoga and meditation practices as well as ayurvedic and nutrition knowledge. I attended her yoga classes and she always creates a cozy atmosphere while making sure every student progresses in their practice, at their own pace. Her voice is sooo soothing, her smile and energy very bright and her adjustments soft, precise and intelligent. Being a yoga teacher myself I gladly appreciate that :-) She offers online Ayurvedic Seasonal Cleanses, Holistic programs and wonderful retreats. She takes the time to explain each pose and makes sure your body is in harmony within the pose itself. I could not recommend a better place for yoga !
