Esperienza fantastica: I did a 200h Yoga teacher training with Indiv Yoga and enjoyed every aspect of the course! Charlie is a very thoughtful and supportive teacher, creating an encouraging learning environment. The course deepened my understanding of Yoga’s physical and mental aspects, the connection between muscles, joints, body systems and the mind, and how classes can be set up to benefit both body and mind. Practical sessions were a key part of the learning experience, providing hands-on teaching practice and valuable feedback from both peers and Charlie. This helped foster rapid progress in teaching, allowing for the development of a natural rhythm and effective class structure. After the course I feel ready to apply my knowledge as a teacher in a safe way. The course also expanded my view on how Yoga and teaching Yoga can be applied in different settings. Overall, dedicating two weeks to Charlie’s course was a rare and enriching experience for which I am deeply grateful.

She prepares you from the first day of training to plan, structure and organize yoga class lesson plans, for all ages (From 2yo-teens in RCYT training). She gives you plenty of opportunity to ask questions, discuss class plans, and to practice. She gives excellent constructive feedback, leaving you feeling supported and confident. Most importantly, Charlie takes the time to teach, discuss, and review children’s developmental stages to ensure you can identify relevant and appropriate targets based on age of children you teach. I highly recommend Charlie and look forward to doing more training courses with her.

Esperienza fantastica: I attended Charlie’s retreat at Schwarzsee and I am very happy I did. It was very well organized, with sessions of meditation, yoga (all levels), walks in nature and delicious vegetarian meals. All of this while enjoying great conversations with Charlie and the other participants. I would definitely recommend this retreat and Charlie as a great yoga/ meditation teacher. It was such a lovely weekend. I am very grateful for this experience.

Es ist viel Input in wenig Zeit, darauf sollte man sich einstellen, aber hinterher hat man wirklich etwas gelernt. Ich werde diese Erfahrung niemals vergessen, sie hat mein Leben um einiges bereichert und mir persönlich sehr viel gegeben. What an experience, from the amount that I learned in just 2 weeks, the connections I made with people I now call friends from all over the world, the detailed and helpful tools Charlie provided us to be prepared to become authentic yoga teachers. Charlie is a truly caring individual and makes every effort to ensure you are comfortable and confident! This is not the stereotypical yoga teacher training, it is so much more! I loved the intimate group of just 10 of us and Charlie, the beautiful accommodations (and a short walk to some scenic cliffs), and the opportunities we had to really teach and fine tune our first yoga class. Esperienza fantastica: What a brilliant learning experience and lovely yoga community to go back home with. Charlie is an incredibly knowledgable yoga teacher and has created a 2 week course focused on you becoming a competent yoga teacher, which I loved. We were teaching by day 3 and I left feeling confident to teach (and sequence) a 75 minute class. Due to the nature of the 2 weeks, so much information is packed into the course and a lot of time spent reading/studying as well as practicing. My only comment would be it would’ve been great to have more yoga lessons with Charlie herself as she has a wealth of knowledge, but due to a packed schedule and the focus being on our own teaching progression I’m not sure where we could’ve fitted this in on a daily basis! I have left with a much stronger personal practice as well as a deeper understanding of the history of yoga and mediation methods. I’d highly recommend this course for anyone looking to deep dive into yoga and hone their skills as a teacher in an immersive experience.

Esperienza fantastica: Living in Geneva, I did the certificate 30h of meditation practices with Charlie on-line and really enjoy that so much of information was packed into very active week-end, with the group-practice and then 14 days of self-practice with the homework tasks. I would recommend it to the people, who already have the basic yoga skills and would like to polish some meditative practice, both knowledge and skills perspective. Esperienza fantastica: I attended the budhist meditation retreat organised by Charlie in Switzerland as well as the online meditation teacher training. Both experiences were amazing. Charlie is an amazing teacher, very knowledgeable and willing to share her experience and wisdom with her students. She makes sure that her practice is accessible to everybody, adaptibg to their yoga or meditation experience. She is one those very incredible teachers that will impact your yoga and meditation practice for a lifetime!

Esperienza fantastica: I learned so much in the two week course with Charlie! It’s hard work but it’s totally worth it. When starting the course I was suffering with my anxiety, wondering how I was going to be able to teach a class full of people.By the end of the two weeks I felt confident in myself to teach and really enjoyed teaching my class :) We had the best and most supportive group of yogis, who I miss already! One of my favourite parts was the night meditation, this is something I can’t go without now in my everyday life. Thank you Charlie!

Esperienza fantastica: I recently did one of Charlie's courses for yoga teachers that have undergone their 200hr training. I chose a course specialising in Mindfulness and Meditation for 30 hours. Charlie is a wonderful teacher, and I was initially intrigued by the work that she has done in corporate settings and British airways, and the capacity to "cross over" to make yoga and meditation more accessible to all to share its benefits with those that may be initially sceptical. She is such a warm and knowledgable person, I absolutely loved being on the course and learned so much from her. She motivated me and the other students to really use our potential and "hone" our individual styles of guided meditations within our yoga teaching practice. Would definitely recommend to anybody interested in this area of yoga or for the Yoga Alliance's requirement every 3 years for 30 hours of additional study. Thank you Charlie! xo

Esperienza fantastica: I did the 200h yoga teachertraining in Portugal. I learned a lot!  Charlie has a great program with a lot of personal attention. It is a small group of max 10 people.  It's hard work, but you get what you need: more confidence, knowledge and skills. Charlie really wants everyone go to home with a lot of confidence and that you can actually give a 75-minute class. It is clear that Charlie has a lot experience and passion. I would like to say from the bottom of my heart and that of the universe: Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu: may all beings be free from sorrow, healthy and happy.  So... go vegan (or vegetarian ;))!  And if you can, don't fly, or go to Portugal for a longer period and take your time to join.

Esperienza fantastica: I just attended a long weekend retreat in Schwarzsee with Charlie and enjoyed every single moment of it, the beautiful surroundings, the structure of the course which was for me a perfect blend between yoga classes and meditation, and delicious food. Charlie is a fantastic teacher, and her voice is also very soothing. She shared some beautiful poems and quotes during the retreat and we were also given a lovely box with yoga philosophy cards, with 108 inspirational quotes. I can only recommend Charlie as a yoga instructor and look forward to attending other retreats in the future.

I don’t think I was quite prepared for just how challenging, eye-opening, inspirational, intense and brilliantly moving it would be to take this yoga teacher training, and it’s definitely changed me for the better. Charlie is not only a fantastically knowledgeable and accommodating mentor, but also a beautiful person inside and out. Esperienza fantastica: I just completed the November 200h YTT in Portugal with Charlie. I couldn't have chosen a better course and teacher to deepen my yoga journey. The 2-weeks course is intense yet transformational! Charlie structured it in the best possible way covering anatomy, philosophy, history of yoga, meditation, postures and so on. Each student receives a complete manual with everything we need to know to accomplish the 200h YTT. Charlie gives all her heart and energy to the students and brings the best out of us not only on our mats but on our lives. The course takes place in a stunning villa in the Algarve with all amenities to make us feel comfortable and fully present in the course. Esperienza fantastica: I completed my 95 hour KIDS YOGA teacher training with Indiv Yoga a few months ago in Cyprus and I could not recommend this course enough! Frankly, any course or retreat led by Charlie is totally worth the experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, making sure you are well prepared practically and theoretically. In this specific course, we had the chance to apply our knowledge in practice working with children and teenagers of all age groups which gave us real hands on experience. I left this course more confident, more educated and incredibly inspired. Charlie is extremely professional while still making you feel like you got a friend and confident in her. I was hoping for a few days to disconnect and recharge, but I got so much more out of it. Charlie is an amazing teacher and guide. I initially signed up for the course with the sole aim of learning more to benefit my own practice and honestly never really planned on teaching. Esperienza fantastica: I took part in a two day Meditation Masterclass and can highly recommend it. The class was a perfectly paced introduction to various types of mediation, with a focus on how to find the most suitable technique to adopt, incorporate and develop into your own routine. Charlie's put together a varied and enjoyable program for the two days that included a lot of practical information to get started exploring and benefiting from a regular meditation practice.

The retreat was very well organized with a nice mix of mediation, yoga, relaxation, activities, and social time. The yoga sessions were accommodating and inclusive for all levels. As a beginner to meditation, I felt well supported to learn, explore, and apply the practices that Charlie shared. The retreat was a super opportunity to unplug from the day-to-day.

Esperienza fantastica: SO HAPPY to have completed my 200h teacher training course with Charlie this January. I can’t remember the last time I learned so much in such a short amount of time. It was a very intense experience and definitely worth it. Be ready for lots of yoga practice, yoga history / philosophy and most importantly learning how to teach others (which you will, even it seems very difficult at the beginning). The villa ist just beautiful and don’t get me started on the ocean / beach / cliffs. I was a bit concerned about doing the course in January, but it was nice and warm in the villa and the sun didn’t stop shining throughout the two weeks. Strongly recommended ❤️!

Esperienza fantastica: I did. the YTT in Portugal in November. What can I say? Just wonderful location, yummy food, lovely people and amazing moments. I was really looking forward that training and was so excited about it. Definitely don’t think about it, just do it! I promise no one will regret it. Charlie is the best teacher, huge input on knowledge and yes, it is challenging in the beginning, but after two weeks you just feel another way. It was an experience which I don’t want to miss, best gift I could give to myself and the journey just started being a yoga teacher. Esperienza fantastica: I participated in the Meditation and Yoga Weekend Retreat with Charlie in October 2022 (and also in her 200-Hours Yoga Teacher Training in November 2021 - see also the review on that course below). She organized a wonderful weekend with very nice people on this retreat in a beautiful setting at Schwarzsee. The Yoga classes to move our bodies, the calming meditation and breathwork sessions, and also the mindfulness walk around the lake to the waterfall were very well composed with a nice balance for the whole weekend. The food was very tasty and nourishing with carefully taking into consideration all the allergies of the participants. I highly recommend the Indiv Yoga retreats to anyone - either advanced Yogi or a beginner - because Charlie is a wonderful and experienced teacher who looks out for all her students with great care. In case you are looking for a 200-Hours Yoga Teacher Training, I also highly recommend participating in Charlie`s training. She is passionate and very knowledgeable about Yoga, the history, the philosophy, the asanas, meditations and pranayama. She offers a great opportunity to bring out the best from yourself during the whole training. You start to learn how to teach from the very first day of the course, you master your skills day-by-day, and your daily homework assignments help you to prepare for the written exam as well. She helps you to grow and develop into the best Yoga-teacher you could be by providing a structured training that leads you to success. On top of all, you get to know amazing friends that share these cool experiences with you.

Esperienza fantastica: I just came back from my 200h YTT with Charlie and I am very happy to have chosen Indiv Yoga as the next step in my journey. Charlie with all of her knowledge made the content so much easier for me to understand and learn, mixing yoga principles with science (which I very much needed). Very early on in the course we are invited to start teaching and build up our confidence... now I cannot wait to put things into practice and bring some yoga around! I went in thinking I would never feel ready to teach but now after two weeks I feel comfortable and ready to teach. Charlie created a lovely atmosphere and the schedule whilst busy really worked to build my confidence and ensure I was ready to teach at the end. The script we received was great and I got so inspired to implement games and tools in my classroom. The course has a good balance between theory and applying what we have learned. Also great was that we could apply our learned knowledge at the end of the week in real kids yoga classes. I’ve learned a lot in this week and could grow a lot.

Esperienza fantastica: The last two weeks I've been in Portugal doing Charlies 200YTT, and it has been the most beautiful weeks. Charlie is a wonderful teacher, who perfectly find the balance between being authorative, gaining our respect and on the same being incredibly caring and amazing to be around. Don’t be fooled into thinking a 2 week intensive program is the easy way out for teacher training as opposed to the sporadic weekends over 1 or 2 years.! This is one of the toughest but most rewarding things I’ve done. Esperienza fantastica: I took part of Yoga retreat in Zermatt and i had a very nice time. All organization of accommodation, vegetarian food, yoga classes and meditation was perfectly organized. Yoga classes were taking in to the account everyone needs, wishes and capabilities. I can only recommend Charlie's retreats and i wish i will join one of them in the future again :)
